Videocon D2H — videocon d2h made 100 channel mandatory but (as per trai rules only 22 dd channels are mandatory)

In videocon d2h, in basic service tiar 100 channels are show mandotry, not only 25 dd channels. But trai mentioned that onyl 25 dd channels are mandotry due to this our network capacity fees go high. Videocon d2h customer service not responding about this problem..
