Videocon D2H — videocon d2h - not able to upgrade with requested packages | |||
Hi there, I am videocon d2h customer for more than 3 years and facing multiple service issue from videocon d2h service provider. Please resolve mentioned issues. 1. I have submitted successful request to migrate new package as per trai rule from videocon d2h site. However the selected package is not getting reflected in my account. 2. For this issue i am trying to reach their customer care multiple times in last 2 months. Customer care executives are just transferring calls here and there. Finally they are disconnecting the call without providing solution. 3. I received one call from d2h customer care executive on 8th mar and they have confirmed my d2h account has been upgraded with new package, however requested packge and channels were not reflecting into my account. 4. In one call customer care rep registered my complaint for this issue with complaint #[protected]. Customer care has marked this complaint as resolved without providing solution and without confomration to me. This is plain cheating to end users 5. Around june 2018 i have raised request to stop service o[censored]sb recording from my account, however they have not stopped this service and i am paying for this serivice without use that from more than 6 months now. I want refund of my money for this service from june 2018 onwards. I am paying more money on unwatched channels and additional unused services.
