Videocon D2H — videocon d2h not acting as per trai and not responding to customers

Hi team,

I am unable to select the package of my own as per trai new rules and regulations and recharge it. I tried calling d2h customer care but no proper response received from them. It is being more than 5 days where my connection is not working and struggling with it.
