[Resolved] Videocon D2H — videocon d2h not following trai rules and regulations | |||
The company Videocon D2h is not following TRAI rules and regulations. I selected few channels from www.d2h.com website and when I tried to do payment, it failed. I called customer care asking the same question that I want to do payment for those selected channels to which they replied is "You cannot select channel. You have to take package only." I told it's against TRAI rules and every consumer now has the right to choose the channel and pay for that only. After that they started to argue with me that it is not working now. you have to take package only. And now customer care is blocked me completely, I'm not able to resolve my issues. Please take strict action against like these companies. They are making every consumer to suffer unnecessary. I called on their customer service number [protected].
