Videocon D2H — videocon d2h not showing subscribed channels

My Videocon d2h Customer Id is 74880510.
Respected TRAI,
this is a prolonged issue, they are not activating the channels that I subscribed through their Tariff App, earlier I have selected the pacs of my own choice, now they blocked me and restricting me to select only 5 packs of my choice and forcing me to watch all those unnecessary channels that I have never subscribed and charging me Rs.457. Also their website is not working, customer care numbers do not respond.
Website says error every time from last one month.
Again I have complained to their email [protected]@d2h.com, but to which they are not replying. But send me an SMS on my Mobile said "You have been migrated to ur new plan as per the TRAI guidelines at Rs457/mnth. Your revised switchoff dt is 22-Feb-19. To modify login to bit.ly/2DDJ9yc"

As this is very disturbing & unethical and against fair business practice model, I request the honorary Regulatory to intervene & provide resolution.
