[Resolved] Videocon D2H — videocon d2h not updating custom pack | |||
I am trying from 3 month before recharge to update my videocon d2h pack from their website on mycustomer id [[protected]]. Every time the message appears "thank you your details has been successfully submitted. We will get back to you shortly". Every time i check my mails and messages but there is no reply from their side. I have already recharged with rs. 570 for hd and sd channels. All hd channels appears onwards 3/5/19. From 4/5/19 some hd channels dissappears. I called to the customer care but she just told me that you are not subscribe the channels. She asks me can she subscribe the channels from their side. I have to pay extra channels price due to their bad service. I am facing this problem since 3 months. I also call to their nodal officer mr. Dhanajay kangutkar but his number is not available.
