[Resolved] Videocon D2H — videocon d2h product, channels change automatically | |||
Hi, i have been using videocon d2h, due to some technical issue with the product, channels are automatically changing. May be the issue could be due to software bug. Customer care is not competent to handle such issue and to check this their are pushing for technical person visit to my location, changes of which i have to bear. Request for a resolution on the same, as i have recharge on 17 june, and your product is not working. Resolution can also be that you can take back your product. Was this information helpful? | |||
