[Resolved] Videocon D2H — videocon d2h - removing sony ten 1, ten 2 and ten 3 channels | |||||
I have recharged for 6 months subscription plan of new gold sports in which at that time sony ten1, ten2 and ten3 were there included in it. Now suddenly after 1 month of recharge this 3 channels had stopped been showing. When contacted to customer care they are saying that this channels are now been excluded from base packs and i have to pay additional cost for that. But my issue is that i have prepaid for this pack for 6 months and that time this channels were there included in pack, so any changes made by company must be effective after the end of my pack expiry (Which is 6 months in this case). This is pure monopoly from videocon d2h and if this continues they will remove and charge any channel whenever they want. Was this information helpful? | |||||

They Don't have the service. I asked them whether it will available during the FIFA world cup atleast(june To july)

Is it fooling us or actually not have the service. Also, customer care peoples are very poor.
