My d2h account id[protected], i register complaints on 05/oct/2020 for activation my dish connection, but still connection not activate.
In my account approx 1200 rupees balance.
Every day i register complaints and i get complaint number. But customer care told me that, wait for 8 hrs everyday
Also i send mail to customercare @d2h.com but still they do not resolve my issue.
1. On 5-10-20. 5-6 time call & complaint lodged — issue not resolved
2. On[protected] time call & complaint no.[53904833] — issue not resolved
3. On[protected] time call & complaint lodged — issue not resolved
I very upset with the service of d2h. Please resolve my problem.
