[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Videocon D2h services | |||
I have bought new hd setup box connection last year, 12.03.2016, (customer ID[protected] . I booked the Connection directly from Videocon and not through agent. I paid a amount of 5740 for a 12 Month subscription . This amount was told by your customer care person. But now I am getting a message my subscription will expire by 5th February, as per booking my subscription should end by 11th March. But when I raised compliant, your people are saying I paid less amount and not complete amount and refused to address my concern. I paid the complete amount as requested for 12 Month subscription. But now Videocon failing to keep that promise and asking for more money is not a acceptable. Let me know a solution. Was this information helpful? | |||
