Videocon D2H — videocon set top box showing e100-4 service issue after recharge. customer care not attending the issue | |||||
Sir, i recharged my videcon d2h on 24.03.2020 with rs 300. After that my set top box is only showing error e100-4 dervice issue. Customer care not responding inspite of email three times. Today on 26.03.2020 i again recharged rs 200. All the customer care toll free numbers are also not attending my calls. I want my money back in my account and switch over to other service provider if they are not resolving the problem or else i will have to seek help on consumer court.
