I am your old customer using d2h almost from 7 years ago. This time sorry inform you that i have got pathetic service from d2h. I have [censored]ed to willams town on last december where a technician call mr. Imran contact number [protected] has come to my house and made the re-connection at my new place and i paid him rs950/- amount at the time on re-connection. After 2 month i am getting a massage saying the service charges has got deducted. When i am calling to helpline they gave me ticket number and updated me the issue will resolved in 24hr.. But its 3 days still i am not able to use the connection. And when i am calling the technician is not responding for my call. Kindly do the needful as i am not able to use d2h from 3 day.
After all i am trying to connect rt nagar bangalore office they just pick my call and disconnect
