I have booked online D2H on 05.01.2014. It was told to me that same would be connected same day. But after several reminders, the same got connected on 07.01.2014 (after 2 days). When it was connecting, it came to notice that wrong card no has been issued to my cust id or you can say it got swapped with someone Card. Engineer told me that same would be changed within 1 day. But, it has not been changed so far. I called several times on Engineer no but there was no response. I called to Customer Care and lodged a Complaint (Complaint no.[protected]. Still, there was no response. I again called to Customer care and they told me that said Complaint already got closed. Without swapping the card, Complaint got closed at your end. Then, I talked to TL Mr Rahul but he also didn't entertain my call. Main thing is that after keeping the call on hold for 15-20 minutes, these people intentionally disconnected the calls. It had happened every time I called Customer Care. Then, they also started disconnecting my calls.
Its my humble request to you to please look into the matter and take strict action against your Customer Care.
I also want to tell you that when I was going to book the connection, I had received a lot of calls from Videocon. But during this period they haven't given any call. What a after sale service from Videocon in this era... Was this information helpful? |
