[Resolved]  Videocon DTH — channel subscription

Plan - d2h flexi pack opted for mainly tamil channels

Recharged for rs.265/-. Plan expires on 14th march 2019. I still have balance of rs. 50.37/- in subscription account.. While seeing channels today could find many channels being removed from display for ex. Zee tamil, jaya tv, raj tv, vijay tv etc stating insufficient balance.. How come this is possible..? How channels are removed when i have sufficient balance without prior information?.. I need a clear explanation from them.. Please help to resolve the issue really frustrated with this approach.

Issue not yet resolved.. not even calls received from Videocon dth... Even if I call customer care no. there is no response. Really disappointed with service...

So far no calls received from their end which literally shows their lethargy towards customer. Their mail does not explain about removal of existing channels without prior information to me is rediculous. Really frustrated with their service. I will not recommend their product to any of my friends/relatives in future.

Videocon D2H channel subscription complaint

I have recharged the subscription channels for Rs. 347.51 /- yesterday[protected]. My Existing Plan Due Date was on[protected]. Today when I checked account summary in tv it still shows account balance as Rs. 0.00 with expiry date as[protected]. Even after refreshing the account from my end also, I am not getting the balance correctly. Since they suspended all the channels on[protected], I want the balance 4 days recharge amount to be added to my D2H current account balance and calculate the future expiry date accordingly. Also I am not getting a proper response for the mails or calls I made for the past one week which is creating mental agony for me for which they are responsible. Please help to resolve the issue.

I create my own package they will change all time and delete my channel also i am replacing my set top box my balance cannot transfer into new settop box and they cannot start any channel also
