[Resolved] Videocon Industries — after sales service | |||||
We have a videocon washing machine. Around a month back it stopped working and we put in a service request at videocon (Reference no. Kol[protected] on 06th oct 2017). The service person confirmed a part to have been damaged and quoted an amount of rs.1231 for the part and rs.400 for his service. We agreed and the same was replaced after numerous follow ups on 23rd oct. However, even after replacing the part the machine has not been working and we lodged another service call (Reference no.[protected]). After calling them number of times the person came back and said another part was also damaged which would cost another rs.1200. We agreed to get this part replaced as well but till date the person has not responded. Request you to lodge 2 complaints against the company's after sales service: 1. Not confirming the exact problems and complete cost of repairing based on which the consumer may take an informed decision. 2. After sales service for videocon is very bad because of which we are facing a number of problems. Was this information helpful? | |||||
