Videocon Industries — ala carte channel not activated - e152-4 error

I have requested for star sports channel activation and its been more than a week and they haven't done anything.
I have dropped them 3 emails at [protected]@d2h.com and called them dozen times a day from the past 1 week. But still no solution.

I have even tried all different ways to activate the channel as they suggested like giving a missed call on a toll free no with the channel no. But still it is not activated.

I am really frustrated with their service and replies when i call the customer care for this. Out of 20 times only once the call will get connected and if somehow you are able to talk to the customer executive all they have to say is - "i am sorry, but we have technical problems - server is down. So we cant do anything now please call back in 20mins"

I just want the channel activated. Currently it is showing e152-4 error.

This is on regular practice, every time I recharge the services are resumed after 2-4days. The service lines never reachable and the no response of mail even.
If this persists I will have to switch to another cable operator. The company pay compensation for the regular delay.

Kindly help.

On Our Customer ID we have activated popular pack but then too some channels like colors, star plus are not working...its asking to subscribe to that channel which is already in the base pack...I would request You To Please Look After This Problem As Soon As possible..its a kind request

My prosblem is still not resolved. Yesterday also i called the customer care and after listening to everything they told its a technical issue they can't do anything. Please call back in 30mins.
