      Complaints have been done by me on toll free many times but they just tell me that wait for some time it will resume, also done mail on website but no solution given from there too...
      Now they are not even picking toll free number from 2 days
      Very disappointed and dissatisfied from there service, provide me solution or I left with no other choice then consumer court .

        I am using videcon d2h from last 4 years and my rtn number is[protected]. Now i have started facing issue of "signal not available". As per instructions i have mailed to [protected]@d2h.com. But there is no response. After using service for so many years and paying on time if there is no service/response from provider is very annoying. Expecting the solution/response as soon as possible.

          Hd channels are not visible on website/mobile and i can not able to select the channels properly. I have filled complaint to videocon regarding this many time but no one giving response. Also i am calling on their customer care number but they are not reachable.

          The issue persist from last 12 days and i am unable to view any channels. As it is prepaid recharge so my recharge amount already debited with viewing any of the channels

                I booked Videocon d2h connection through online on 24 March 2019 on their website https://www.d2h.com/. After the booking my credit card has been charged for Rs 2306 but I haven't received any booking confirmation mail or SMS from Videocon D2H. I

                It's been 3 days that I have booked for the services but none of them called me. When I called the customer care they informed me to contact Nodal officer-Hyderabad but none of them responding to my Email's or calls. Please help me in this regard.

                        Please change my rtn (Registered telephone number) as i ve forgot my rtn & customer id is 72505719. I have faced the problem while selecting channels after recharge as i've entered old rtn but as per the old rtn some another random user is shown. So kindly change the rtn, so that i can create my own channels pack.. It is for videocon d2h. All customers care number is not reachable or busy..

                          As I mentioned below I have a problem with customer care .my old RTN is lost two days ago.I want to change my RTN . But as I go to your website it demands me for password . Before one month my sister edited the password and she had forgotton so can you Please change my RTN or contact me for the change in RTN.                             They charged me 200 rupee for engineer visite but there is no problem resolved at all.
                            The worst dth ever i have seen.

                              I've relocated to different location in the same city pune.
                              My new pin code is 411036.

                              Earlier connection was m2, so i was not provide the dish and cable.
                              This new one would require the same. I've been constantly trying to reach to your customer care executives, but no support. Pathetic service.

                              Please help provide dish and cable and kindly reinstall it.
                              I've already paid the same when i subscribed for the new connection.

                                I have requested for star sports channel activation and its been more than a week and they haven't done anything.
                                I have dropped them 3 emails at [protected]@d2h.com and called them dozen times a day from the past 1 week. But still no solution.

                                I have even tried all different ways to activate the channel as they suggested like giving a missed call on a toll free no with the channel no. But still it is not activated.br...

                                I am facing a lot of problems in selecting the channels lately. The problems are arising due the register telephone number. Due my old rtn i am not able to select my channels and avail the facility of my selected channel pack. I have already wasted my time on this rtn issue.                                   I have been trying to contact videocon d2h customer service for several days now. Mostly its coming busy or going in long wait subsequently disconnected. I wanted to change my registered mobile number so that i can change the package.

                                  I also submitted request call back form multiple times and there is no callback received

                                  Due to this i am paying rs 562 p/m and not able to create desired package
