Dear sir/madam,

My friend is a current subscriber of video con d2h. His customer id is[protected]. The subscription is registered under the name of abhijit p. He is no longer in our contact. I successfully however changed the registered phone number from my account by logging into it, but i am not able to change the name. So i request you to change the name to jaiprakash babu, which is my friend name as he is using and paying for this customer id. I am mentioning it below again.

R/Sir, ID NO.[protected] has been recharge on 28.102019, but not viewing recharge value and also not activated. As on today PACKS are activated successfully. Kindly resolve the problem at an earliest.
