Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased Videocon fully automatic washing machine from Snehanjali, Thane. Dt 16/11/2012. After 6 months from purchase, it started getting problem with operating of washing machine. They cannot solve any off our problem right from Aug-2013. We are shocked to notice that NO PROPER ATTENTION to diagnose the problem and rectify the same cannot be done. Even visiting to our home was always delayed. We are very loyal to Videocon products Refer to our complaint no. 1. 20th Aug-2013 - Complaint no. [protected] - found defect in PCB and replaced 2. 24th Aug-2013 - Complaint no.[protected] - found defect in PCB and replaced 3.25th Sept-2013 - Complaint no.[protected] - found defect in PCB and replaced 4.09th Oct-2013 - Complaint no.[protected] - found defect in PCB and replaced 5.10th Oct-2013 - Complaint no.[protected] - found defect in PCB and replaced 6.13th Oct-2013 - Complaint no.[protected] After this I have got message from MD-SERVCE saying that if your not satisfied with complaint resolution then send SVC-CFBN on [protected]. For which I have replied that washing machine is working ONLY in wash mode and not in spin & rinse mode. I have got reply that Dear Customer, as per your feedback regarding our service your call THA [protected] has been reopened. Our service team will contact you shortly on 13th Oct-2013. For this complaint they have closed it without sending service person for which we got reply on 15th Oct-2013. 7.Again we have logged complaint no.[protected] on 16th Oct-2013, for this we got reply that Mr. Pramod Jaiswal will be coming to attend only on Monday 21st Oct-2013. From above record we request you to replace this defective washing machine with a brand new machine. We are very much disappointed that your service team cannot solve a simple complaint of complete working cycle of washing machine. We have to wait and watch for the visit of service personnel cancelling all our appointments from Aug-2013.This is not expected from VIDEOCON. Hope you will take cognizance of this service given to us for probably defective piece supplied. Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and request you to update redressal steps taken from your side on priority.     My d2h connection works only 2-20 minutes and then starta showing "signal not available error". I have registered complaint and paid 140 rs to d2h engineer sent by company. But still there is no improvememt and same problem exists. I have registered complaint from 7 says but still the issue is not resolved. Please do the needful asap, otherwisw I will leave this irritating d2h connection and move to another operator. My customer id is 26125477 and registered mobile number is [protected]

      I have registered a case [BAN[protected]] on 9/8/2013 regarding my washing machine not working, the case was assigned to Madhu, the guy came to our house inspect the machine and said the PCB board needs to be changed. He went back and said that he will revert back in 2 days and will replace the PCB board. 3 Week passed but still I did not hear anything from Madhu. On 30/8/2013 I receive a message saying the case has been closed. I was surprise to receive this message, when I call the service center they opened a new case [BAN[protected]] which is now assigned to Hedayathulla. I called Hedayathulla he again said the same thing that he will revert back in today days with new PCB board. Finally the PCB board was replaced on 21/9/2013. the machine still was not fixed, even this PCB board was not working called the guys the same day within an hour, they told me to wait for a day then it will start working, but still the machine is down. Raised another case on 22/9/2013 [BAN[protected]], they closed this case after a week. I am keep on sending mails but no one is responding, i have all the mail exchange with me.       The PCB board which Hedayathulla ([protected]) change is not working.

      At the time of replacing the PCB board I asked Hedayathulla ([protected]) that the PCB board looks pretty old, will it work.

      He replied back saying no sir it will definitely work.

      But unfortunately it did not work.

      Don’t you have a working PCB board to change.

      And how come someone close the case without even resolving

        Dear sir, Fully automatic washing machine problem complaint raised on 6 August 2013, HYD[protected] resolution code is S53219 One executive came on one fine day he open to try the tub it`s not open another day he came same per son that name was Mr, nagesh Open the only bottom lid and told change the studs and the studs was not available our stock then give me one week or 10 day`s i will order over to company and he gone. I am waiting for that executive he will not came one fine day try to call myself to that person he talking to me he told the part was not available I will give mail id please send the Purchase bill and washing machine photo graph i will give you e mail id after 1 Hour.           Hello...! I had purchased a semi automatic washing machine (7.6KG, Rosa) from one of your delear named Harmony House at Kolkata on 12.08.13. The got delivered to me on 16.08.13. I called the customer care to install the machine but they said, semi automatic machine are not meant to be installed by the company and you need to do it yourself. I opened the machine on 23.08.13 and found that the back portion (body) of the machine is CRACKED. immediately called the customer care and lodged the complain. The below are the two SMS i received after the complain: Dear Customer your Complaint KOL[protected] to be serviced by ANAL MUKHERJEE([protected]).Pls Provide Resolution Code S74042 after satisfactory job completion. Dear Customer your Complaint KOL[protected] to be serviced by AVIJIT SARKAR([protected]).Pls Provide Resolution Code S74042 after satisfactory job completion After continuous and almost daily follow-up with the customer care, till date no one has reverted to sort out my problem. The after sale service of Videocon is horrible and pathetic. If you want sale your machine, you should also have the ability to provide service as well. Both the above mentioned person never pick up the call. Thus harassing me.

            i purached videocon DDB vje32fh vx tv two days ago but the picture quality is so bad i feel like throwing the tv away. i an not satisfied with product its videocon prime product and if this is their best then they should stop making leds tv. is there any possibility that i can return this tv back beacuse it has some serious issues also in usb playback fullhd videos gets stopped after every few minutes and then resumes

              PURCHASED ON : 08/06/2013. DEALER : THE BANWARILAL MARKETING NASHIK: SERVICING BY: SHREE SAMARTH SERVICES, AUTHORISED SERVCE PROVIDER. THE DEALER HAS STAMPED THE COPIES OF THE CARDS IN THE SERVICES MANUAL BUT ADVISED NOT TO MAIL THE SERVICE CENTER COPY & CSO AURANGABAD COPY. THE FORMS ARE IN THE MANUAL. THE MACHINE HAD TO BE SERVICES TWICE DURING THE TWO YEARS PERIOD. NOW SINCE 29TH AUGUST THE MACHINE IS ATTENDED 5 TIMES. IT WORKS WHEN ATTENDED & AGAIN THE NEXT DAY OR TWO DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. POWER SUPPLY BUTTON DOES NOT FUNCTION. HAVE PAID SERVICE CHARGE OF RS. 250/- NOW WE ARE TOLD THAT THE "GPS" PART IS REQUIRED TO BE REPLACED. GRIEVANCES: 1) DOES THE "GPS" ( WHATEVER IS THAT) LIFE IS ONLY 2 YEARS & THREE MONTH & IS IT A COMMON PROBLEM? 2) WHAT IS THE ACTUAL PRICE OF THE SAID PART. THE SERVICE PROVIDER HAS SENT DIFFERENT PERSONS EACH OF THE 5 TIMES & WE HEAR DIFFERENT PRICES. 3) HAS THE COMPANY A POLICY OF ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR SERVICING AFTER WARRANTY PERIOD?                 i have brought Videocon Digi Marine washing machine two years back. now its panel was not working properly. i logged the call to videocon service provider in Pune. his person came after 15-20 days of call logged that also after so many follow-ups. afterthat he checked the machine and said that we need to change the whole panel amounted to Rs. 3000/- approx. Also he suggest us that our machine is in very bad condition and we need to change pipe and other parts also. and he charged Rs. 350 /- visiiting charges. i convinced him that we need not change whole panel only one key we can change, this is special feature of our machine. but he said no... then i showed my washing machine to local service provider. he just made servicing of my panel and confirmed that my machine is in very good condition. and now machine is working properly and also he charged nothing. it means we believe videocon authorised service provide with blind eye and they cheat us..

                  hello sir, I have been using videocon sim from one month.hello sir,now i have internet connection problem.and also i have used internet in my mobile.but internet computer nal nahi chal reha.pc nal connect karn lai intex ki 3.5 G dongal used ki but connnect to ho jata hai par internet nahi cahlta. jb care center per phone kia tb wo khte hai ke abi hum aap ki complant dal rahe hai . par hun tak internet ki problem solv nahi hooi complain no.                     With reference to your attached letter regarding our free gift of 32" Plasma TV under maano ya na maano offer we have to pay Rs.4980/- towards taxes and Rs.400 plus Rs.700/- extra for table top stand and installation i.e we have to pay Rs.6080/- extra for getting our free gift.

                    With reference to above charges we would like to inform you that at the time of purchase nobody confirm us that this much of amount we have to pay extra at the time of delivery of our free gift and even in your catalogue you have mentioned that you will provide 32" Plasma TV against certificate without paying any extra cost ( catalogue copy attched for your reference ).

                    Even the certificate was handedover to us by your dealer after 45 days from the date of purchase and when we gone through your certificate terms and conditions mentioned on back side which states that the transportation cost from the said point and all local taxes shall be borne by customer. This condition mentioned in your point no. 12 only while you have not mentioned the same any where in catalogue or certificate while as per company policy if your are not giving free gift than you should not compaign like this, you have to mention clearly that this Plasma TV is not provided by company at free of cost basis and company is going to charge so much amount of money at the time of delivery.

                    After 45 days we talked to your dealer ( M/s Sushil Electric Co.Ghaziabad U.P ) and ask him that he has cheated us as he did not tell us anything regarding the taxes and than we ask him how much amount we have to pay extra at the time of taking our free gift as at that time we had made our full payment and we did not have any option for quiting this scheme than he told us that there will be very very nominal charges of Rs.500/- only which we have to pay at the time of taking our free gift.

                    But now after completion of three years when we send mail to you on 14/02/2011 at [protected]@videoconmail.com e-mailid we did not get any response from your side and even we talk to your executives Mr.Madhusudan Khanonkar at head office at nos.[protected] and your branch office at Ghaziabad U.P with Mr.Abhay trivedi on mobile no.[protected] but we did not get any confirmation / reply from your side and we were following up with you on phone on regular basis ( phone details shall be submitted if required ) and finally we wrote a harsh mail to you on 06/04/2011 i.e after 51 days and after that only you have send your mail in which you are demanding Rs.6080/- extra for our free gift.

                    We would like to inform you that after purchasing Videocon product we got free harashment from your side as we are mentally harashed by your behaviour / attitude.
                    Please let us know when we should get our Plasma TV 32" at free of cost basis only i.e we will not pay anything extra for the same as this a cheating done with us.

                    Please revert back at the earliest for this issue and donot force us to opt legal battle with you.

                        Dear Sir, I have purchased recently Videcon A51 mobile on July 27th 2013 by seeing the specification from videocon mobiles website. As per the specification it was clearly mentioned that 512MB RAM, 1GHZ Dual Core Processor. But, when i switched on the mobile & installed clean master from playgoogle.com the ram shows only 382MB ram. Earlier i used micromax ninja a89 almost same specification 512MB RAM, 1GHZ Dual Core Processor. But, it is good it shows 512MB RAM only even after installing the software clean master. In that mobile it supports almost every game like subway surferes, temple run etc. Based on the experience with 512MB RAM mobile of micromax i have taken videocon a 51mobile there i observed so many points my videocon a51 mobile doesnt supports games like subway surfers, temple run etc; always hangs. And it even doest support videos of size more than MB. I am very unhappy with this mobile. In this regard, i request M/s. Videocon Company to re-solve the issue by replacing with a new mobile ASAP.                           I Satinder Singh would like to bring your kind attention on my problem which is in DDA Flats Madangir, New Delhi-110062.Today morning about 7.30 AM due to heavy rain my wife was standing below the shed of Dr.Sethi Clinic located on service lane no 39 . A big dog from their neighbor’s house (Madanlal 39/1318 DDA Flats Madangir) came out and jumped on my wife and put his front two legs on her chest.She feared,cried,fell down and injured. But the owner did not realised and blamed my wife When she said to the owner of the dog that “ Aap isko bandh ke rakha karo agar kaat leta to then owner (lady) said that kata to nahi naa”.When I discussed about this matter with their neighbour general store shop they confirmed me about this that dog is very dangerous and has already bite so many times to others before this. Someone says to the owner for this they using rood words and never feel bad to others. This is a very serious matter for general public security. So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately your team to their house so that we will get rid of this problem soon.

                            I purchase a Vediocon T.V Model No.VAF 29 SDJ, on 28th Oct 2009 from Neelkanth Electronics -Varanasi.

                            from the date of purchase the T.V. is not working Properly ( Picture & sound Problem ). at the time of installation of the T.V. it was not O.K.                             we have a lcd television which we bought two years back. it costed us around 17000 that time. recently it wasnt working. we informed the customer care who did come to our help and gave us an estimate of rs.17120 + 772 as the toatal repair charges. they said that the panel of the tv is not working. my question to u is that how can a part of a tv cost us an amount equal to the value of a new television. we tried calling the senior officials here but they werent responsive enough.

                                My name is Rajesh Tomlinson and I am from Baroda, Gujarat. I bought a Videocon VBS63.CVL1-CR Air Conditioner in the month of May 2012 and am quite unsatisfied with this product and now I am so much pissed off that I am thinking to dump it off somewhere and get rid of it or give it into any cheap exchange offer and get at least satisfactory product of any other company but not of VIDEOCON. The reason being that since the beginning of purchasing this product, my AC is just giving me the feel of a fan and after every couple of months it has a problem of gas leakage which has never been solved to date. This has been a very old problem which has never been resolved. The use of this AC is just in the summers but even in last summer, I had a hell of a time following up with the guys (so called engineers) to give me a final solution for this problem but till date, that day has not come.

                                In my conversations with videocon service center, there are plenty of complaints registred under my name Rajesh Aubrey Tomlinson with my registered mobile number as [protected] that since the day of purchase I am facing the same problem every now and then. I don’t have my earlier complaints number and its details as I knew this would happen again but since it’s the beginning of summer, I started using my AC and it gave me the same everlasting problem and the beginning of complaints and fake solutions. For example, on 29th March 2013 I made a complaint (AHM [protected]) that my AC is not working and needs service as I was using it after some 7 to 8 months and there was this engineer named “Fadke Ajay – [protected]” assigned to my complaint, just like other engineers in the past, he also gave me the same reason that its gas leakage problem and that’s the reason its not giving me any cooling and that he would solve it permanently and send in a guy to re-fill the gas and the AC is fully functional and has no other problems. He was a no show for 3 days even after taking follow up calls and he is just giving me excuses and then all of a sudden gives me some guys’ name that I don’t remember stating that he is his senior and he would be sending some guy at my place. That guy was so rude and rough over the phone that he literally told me that I have to wait until his men get a chance to visit nearby my place as he is traveling some other locations and have to wait for my turn at my place and this is the process and this is how it goes and if I want to wait then wait or else do whatever I want to do or complaint wherever I want to and disconnected the phone by hanging it over my face. I was never humiliated in my life with such a character and I wish he was in front of me so I could have given him a proper answer on his face. On 2nd April 2013 after again complaining in the customer care regarding this incident, they sent in a guy to re-fill gas in the compressor and I don’t know whether that person was qualified enough or not, he never checked any pressure with any meter, just filled in some gas for some time and without even checking whether it is been properly filled or not said that its working now and it wont give any more problem and told me to sign the paper where it says that this issue had been resolved. I asked him what if it happens again and he replied that it won’t happen again and it happens again then I again need to call up the customer care and report the problem. I signed in the papers as I had no option though I knew that just like in the past it would be a problem again of gas leakage and it happened again. Since yesterday 14th April, 2013, just 12 days after re-filling the gas and closing my complaint (AHM [protected]), my AC is again working as a fan and not giving me any cooling and I know that again it’s the gas leakage problem and so I complained again in the morning 15th April 2013 and got another complaint number (AHM [protected]) registered stating that it would be engineered through “Vijaybhai Shah – [protected]”. This guy’s name ringed a bell in my mind as he was the person who was first assigned when I had the gas leakage problem just after a month of buying this new AC. He gives me a call and says that he would send in an engineer in late afternoon and get it resolved but I get a call at 7 in the evening from his engineer “Hanif – [protected]” that he wont be able to come today and he has some visit to some other place so he would try to come in tomorrow to check it up.

                                Since that day, till today I have complained for the same for 4 more times and everytime new guys come and tell me that its resolved and it would not happen again and it has happened 4 and I am so fed up that I thought of teaching these guys a lesson by applying to consumer court. Till date my AC is neither repaired nor replaced and have complained of the same problems (gas leakage) for at least 15 times.

                                Can you help me in this scenario.

                                  i tried to port my vodafone number to videocon i repent for the mistake..The No was NOT Ported successfully as it was rejected by videocon saying that, the address n id proofs need to be submitted .. but when i enquired the retailer he clearly shows he has sent all the id and address proofs,.........In anycase after it was rejected, the useless videocon people claimed that the number will be available in the source network vodafone.. but the number has to be rejected by videocon, in order to come back to vodafone.. but they never responded and NOW Videocon has closed its operations...Its been more than an year since this happened and because of this idiotic Videocon Trash, I have lost my number...

                                  I m never able to use my number and now it is NOT IN USE.....
                                  Is there any logical reason for the NUMBER to be NOT in use or rejected, if the porting is NOT proper IT should have been intimated...BUT it was NOT, INSTEAD FOR AN UN-SUCCESSFUL PORTING HOW THE HELL I CAN LOOSE MY NO... WHICH I CANT AFFORD TO...
                                  having done all formalities i don't need to waste my time....
                                  if i m not able to get proper resolution, I will file a suite and necessary action may be taken against videocon
