Sir,
I purchase Vediocon colour television on October 2010. I facing starting problem in television on January 2011. I registered my complain on Vediocon toll free number on 7th of January 2011 (Complain ID- VAR[protected]). company engineering come on my home and see television problem and told me this television is not repair on home this is repair on Mirzapur Service Center. Mirzapur Service Center is more than 60 Km distance on my home and transportation charges near abour Rs. 1500/= for this. So I am mail corporate office consumer relation officer Mr. Sabir Malik. Mr. Malik conform me your television repair on my home. I am send 5 time reminder on toll free number and Mr. malik and every time company engineering coming my home and told this television problem is not solve on your home. My television is in warranty period so please taken necessary action for provide new television place of this television.

Videocon Television — Problem in TV display

Dear Vediocon Service team,

I had purchased Vediocon Television last year in June Month.
Its more than a year now.
There is a problem in Television display. Pictures are not getting displayed and a stupid sound is coming every time, whenever it is switched on.

Try to resolve this problem on urgent basis.

I am facing starting problem in videocon television. It needs to start 2 times. At 1 st start, only volume is started and screen is black. for 2 nd time, when i start tv (by remote)again its started normally.pla solve this prob as soon as possible.

    i have requested for blocking my sim card on 29/01/2011, and time given for by company is 5 hours but it is still not blocked, mobile no. is - [protected] and the request no. given by company is 37710373. please do something for this, i have tried many times but even to calling to customer care takes 20-25 min, and after that they say only 2-3 hours will take to stop the services.

      Dear Sir,
      My complaint is a against videocon mobile services,punjab. I had purchased the videocon number[protected]. After a month my services of this number is barred by the company and the reason being put is that they hadn't received the documents but when I said that i had all the receiving of my document being sent. Then they said my number will be activated on 29-jan-2011. But after few days my number shows sim card registration failed. when i contacted the customer care of videocon they said the number is premium and you have to pay cost. I also complained this matter to [protected]@videocon.com and the same replied comes from the operator. I need your intervention against the company in this matter. Kindly help and stop the company's own created policy against the customers.

      videocon gsm mobile — bared of number

      i appled for number portability of my no. [protected].
      the no. was made portabale on sumitting the required document on 16/05/2011 in 'Next' Cinewonder,
      Thane.(w).
      i again submitted the documents on 04/06/2011 as my outgoing calls were barred.
      the request no. is 63113683.
      the executive of 'Next' gokhale road thane (w) contacted 'vidiocon mobile Customer Care' &was said that
      documents are not required .
      but i submitted the documents to avoid any further problem.
      inspite of submitling the document TWICE, my number has been barred & the reason cited is non-submission of documents.

        hello,
        with respect to above subject, we have purchased the videocon washing machine in your concern on 5/12/2009. you have not put seal and signature to the warranty card. now the washing machine is not working due to some technical problem. we gave complaint to concern person but they have't repaired it because in warranty card there is no date and signature. even we do not have the bill. we have paid through the bank we have all details about that. once we came and meet asked you about this, you have not answered to that. Are you going solve this or else we have to repair by ourself. please replay.

          i recently got new mobile connection..in which you gave connection in 20Rs. with recharge of 100Rs. butwithin few days of recharge i got a message that my request for caller tune is activated and my balance will be reduced by Rs.45..on 20th jan,2011 at 2:00 am.
          now d actual position was i did not request for any of such tune..then too my balance was cut..i even did not get any caller tune..then i dialled 121 for greivance..but in that no option to register any complaint and to talk to customer care executive was available..i tried dis for 100 times..i even visited videocon mobile site for help..but i did not get any..
          in mid night no nonsense will do that everyone sleeps that time
          i am tiered with this non-sense just sort out my problem
          I WANT MY MONEY BACK THAT's IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

          Videocon Mobile — loss of money

          i am using videocone sim... one of the service named love ki dispensary has been subscribed and activated without my control. activation takes place by itself and loss of rs.30 has ocured. rectify that.

            For the kind attention of Management of M/s.Videocon.
            I am C.S.Rao from Hyderabad, of course trying for a second Career Openings.
            To day I received a mail to my Mail ID stating I was shortlisted for a position and required to remit an amt of Rs.15,600/- towards deposit along with some documents for sending Interview letter and Air Tickets to New Delhi.The letter my sent in the name of MRS.ANAMIKA THAKUR - (Executive - HRD),Videocon Electronics India Ltd.
            On the very face of it, it is clear that this is a fraud. A company like M/s. Videocon would never ask for Money deposits through SBI for sending Interview letters and Air Tickets.
            The Videocon company management should give extensive publicity in all news papers and TV about this type of frauds and poor Job seekers should not fall fray to these.

              I am a Videocon GSM user with the number : [protected]. Yesterday I received a message stating that my hello tune has been activated and Rs45 was deducted from my account.
              I had not subscribed to any service or pressed any buttons for OBC. When i called up the customer care, it was notified to me that the activation was done from an Out Bound Call. As per the trai rules, it is clearly stated that multiple confirmation is required . So I would like to launch a complaint against videocon for their unethical practices.

                    I had purchased a Videocon VC 1425 handset from a retail outlet in Kottarakkara, Kollam District, Kerala on 15/08/2010; the handset's battery charging had problems right from the first day; the retailer gave me an adapter for parallel charging and also a universal charger, but these proved to be futile; i was asked by the Videocon Kerala chief Mr. Dijo to hand over the same to the Kollam Dealer, which i did on 08/01/2011; the dealer gave me a NEW handset on 24/01/2011 after repeated visits to the shop; the new handset also has SIMILAR problems; the set costs Rs. 4800/-. On 25.01.11 at 3Pm 2 persons came for demonstration. They opened the sealed pack and found broken. They gave me the Job no. on which they made the remark " Broken Leg" and also captured a snap-shot of the broken portion. The Job No. is KOL-[protected] and advised for replacement.

                        I wanted to install Videocon DTH services at my home. To avail the services i got in touch with Azmat working with LowestPrix Pvt. Ltd. (Waggaonsheri Pune).
                        He collected from me a sum of rs 1590 for installtion of Videocon DTH services and then failed to install it which he promised to do so on the next day. It has been more than a week now and he is absconding.
                        Also i have been calling Videocon on their toll free number [protected] for problem concerning installation and they have been rude and reluctant to help in this case. Videocon DTH services have been shying away from their repsonsibilities and have appointed fraud dealers. They are not denying to take compliants for farud dealers they have appointed.

                          VIDEOCON MOBILES its not at all a mobile service, they are giving rate cutters. make std calls at 25 paise per minute. like that. but the thing is, u can call the person whom you are calling will attend, signal bar in your mobile will be good, person whom u are calling will attend but you cant talk, signal will go off and comes again, and balance will be debited from your account. nice tricks of videocon mobiles. no other network is doing such a fraudulent activity. Hats off to videocon. thanks.
                          the worst thing here is, you cant even receive INCOMING CALLS that too freezes when you receive call. same thing for customer care too. let me say 1 out of 10 calls will be successful. remaining 9 calls will be wasted. if we call customer care, they will blindly say mobile problem, i have used the same handset and i have inserted other network provider sim and called to others it was successful.
                          customer care persons will answer and lie because they are in that position, no one is caring about customers problem.
                          if the same thing persists not even one customer will be with Videocon. every one will change to other networks using (Mobile Network portability Service). even after the arrival of mnp if they do so.. sorry for videocon. thanks for giving your super service videocon. thank you.

                            I brought a Videocon GSM Sim card on 22nov. 2010 with an offer of 3months free videocon to videocon for 80Rs/-

                            First I was facing network issues then they discontinued my number in December 1st week saying Negative address verification and no address proof again I re-submitted the documents I called customer care 6times but no response then I contacted the nodal office and asked for an Immediate response they said they will solve the issue in 48 hours but it took 5days to start my number
                            now again on 8th January 2011 the network was not there indicating Inactive SIM after following the Customer are and the Mira road Golden Nest planet M Office
                            The contact person at that time said that it will surely be fixed within 48hours till day end of Tuesday the end office team will look into it, but no follow-up on it or no response from their side
                            after calling them they told now it will be done till Friday end.
                            Still they say that Address has not been verified, thats why it is showing INACTIVE SIM

                            This is really pathetic VIDEOCON MOBILE SERVICES ARE RUNNING A SCAM THEY ARE OFFERING SERVICES WHICH ARE OUT OF SERVICE MOST OF THE TIME, CUSTOMER DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE NOT DO THE PERSON IN THE GALLERY.

                            THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD LOOK INTO SUCH FRAUDS WHICH CLAIMS TO BE A GOOD NETWORK AND SERVICE PROVIDER.

                              When we raised the voice through consumercomplaints.in , Your officials from Gurgaon officials alongwith Cyber crime official also visited visited our shop and threatened to stop mailing the fact to consumer complaints.in otherwise they will jail me in cyber crime case.is this your company policy.

                              In 2007, Videocon had announced if a customer buy 34” Videocon Tv the company will provide 32” LCD/plasma TV free to all the buyers of TV set. Out of the scheme we had sold 2 tv sets to different customers,.Till date the company has failed to provide the scheme to the consumer.and the customer are running behind us, we are running behind the company.
                              Now the company has totally refused that there was no such scheme. I have the catalogue and offer of the said scheme. Offered by the company for the consumers of India.Hence it is he cheating to the consumers of India that the company after announcing the scheme has totally refused to fulfill its commitment. Hence buy VIDEOCON at your own risk. Company may be dishonest with its consumers even after launching and announcing the scheme.
                              When I raised the voice against such day light cheating, company people alongwith with its cyber crime people came and threatened me to not to raise voice against the company about its unfair trade fair policy. I have asked the chairman SEBI to please look into the scheme.
                              When the company is not fulfilling its scheme earlier announced, how we can assure to Indian buyers that their money will be back in PAISA VASOOL as announced by Videocon for promotion of d2h scheme. Please buy the products very carefully.

However, I did NOT made any call nor sent any SMS to subscribe for caller tune. So, after receiving this message, I called 50000 to deactivate, but could not understand anything. So, I called your 121 helpline they told me that sometimes such caller tune gets activated automatically from their side. I have also recorded him saying that. He also gave me the above case id and assured me that this case would be solved in 24 Hrs. Still messages are coming continuously on my mobile and they are detucting 1 Rs per day. i request to you please kindly deactivate this service as soon possible.

He also gave me the above case id and assured me that this case would be solved on 22/11/2010 before 2.00 pm. However, its 25/11/2010, but I did not received any call from anyone. Though I did not activate this caller tune, I had to DEACTIVAE it by sending an sms. Still, I have not received my money, although they sent me message saying my case has been resolved.

                                    In sunday afternoon they had activated hello tunes . without my permission and for that they had detected 30 rupees. i had been callling to the customer care to refund the money. simply they r hold my call and not giving proper response to that complaint which i had given. these is not the first time i m facing this problem. frequently i m facing this kinds of problem in the beginning of every month. this the way the telecom company is cheating several customer . this is the one way the company is earning a lot money without the knowledge of the customer and there is no proper support from the videcon customer .


                                    so kindly provide me a solution for these problem which have been faced by many videocon customer.

                                    Please stop your flashing message system, it is very very bad and bitter policy by your company.
                                    Not only I am a customer of videocon mobile service, but I am also a victim. I am facing 5 to 6 time victims of different different services automatically activated by Videocon mobile services. I talk to customer care executive approximate 50 to 60 times but not got any result. I am activated "do not disturb" services, but still i am facing a problem of services automatically activated. It is very exciting and interesting that if your mobile handset locked flashing will be activated.
                                    I request to Videocon Mobile Services that please stop this policy. And it is for your attention that customer care service very poor, different different customer care executive give information different.

I got a message from the videocon on 21/09/11 saying that your V Music service will be renewed after 3 days @ Rs 30/Month, as I have not activated any kind of caller tune. Then i called to customer care but I could not get connect in the same day then I got connected in the next day, in the conversation with the customer care executive he said in your account there is not activated any kind of caller tune and do not cut any kind of caller tune charge and thy send a number regarding that your problem is resolved and the ID No. is 75869316. That time I had the balance of more than Rs 60/- then the next day when i check the balance it become around Rs.13/- That means around Rs.50/- got deducted
                                    Since that time I am trying to call the customer care the call its self is not getting connecting. It is a very bad service i am getting from your network. The same thing had happened to me before also.

                                      I had taken a Videocon prepaid mobile sim card on 30 Nov 10. Within 4 - 5 days sim card was blocked. When I complained this to customer care they advised me that I have to change my sim card from any videocon gallery. I did it. After 7 - 8 days my outgoing calls are blocked (barred) and again I complained it to customer care, then they told me, to produce address proof and identity proof, then I had given pan card xerox and to whom soever it may concern which is issued by my organisation (Indian Navy). Later some 10 - 12 days again my sim card is blocked, that time I complained to customer care again, then they are telling me that my sim card is no more to use, and i have take a new sim card and my balance will not added in the new sim card and i have to pay new sim card charges.
                                      This is what happened to me within a month of time. because of all these thing I get so much irritated and scolded many times to my family members. Now I want some compensation for what I have do the expenditure for moving videocon gallery and all.
                                      In this regard please suggest me what I can do? Another thing I don't have any proofs except if available call records from Videocon

                                      I am sorry to inform you that I had taken a Videocon prepaid mobile no [protected] sim card on dec 10. Blocked my card many times.It was taking 1 or 2 days to activate. when i call them they told me that its because of technique problem.
                                      But i recharged RS 251(internet amount) 20 days before, i can't use internet also... .

                                        I activated my caller tune in mid december 2010 and as a charge company have to charge me for 45 rs but due to having in sufficient balance in prepaid sim of videocon registered to anand garg id proof is my driving license ,company charged me for rs 20 .and set the default caller tune then i recharged my sim and the company doesnot deduct any left balance and i complaint to costumer care to start my callertune as i choose. but no satisfactory result is obtained and in the month of januay company deducts rs 30 for next month and still the default caller tune is activated and not my choose one. i complaint to coustmer care at 10 jan and they send me a case detail to resolve my problem within 48 working hoursi.e. at 12 january but it didnt resolve.then i call again to coustmer care then that person told me to send a sms at 50005 with my selected song lyrics and promise me to resolve it just by sending sms with in 4 hours i send the sms 3 times but no satisfactory result is obtained.Although my 50 rs is deducted from balance and now upto 17 january my callers are unable to hear my caller tune .now today i.e. at 17 january i again talk to custmer care and they again promise me to resolve my problem upto thursday 20 january.the company only make promise but does not resolve.i am very frusteted from the caller tune services of videocon mobiles.justice with me please
