We had purchase a videocon Washing machine from Videocon auhorised dealer SONA SALES AGENCIES on dtd 14/10/2009 having VAT invoice no. 486.
after 09 months machine wash timer switch failed, so we register complain to dealer by phone and after regular followup of two months with M/s Sona Sales & Videocon service engineer and center at Udaipur machine part was replaced but by non standard / alternate part and than again we followup...

I purchased 32 inch LCD TV last year on 10 Oct 2009 and after one year screen of LCD got affected. Points to highlight is that product is so cheap that after one year screen got corrupted and cost to repair the screen at your service center is Rs 20,300, while purchase cost was Rs 25000 and current advertise cost is Rs 23900. In future I am not going to purchase any of Videocon product, if it is available free also neither...

I have Registered complaint on 08.10.10 thru Mr.Sameer from your office representive, he gave complain No. MUM [protected] for Washing machine problem, Your Engg. visted and suggested for replacement of chasis, again I have to Register the complain again MUM [protected], but it took more than 15days same time i requested to do the servicing and other problem in washing machine and after delivery of the machine. The machine still has problem,...

I want to take strict action against this company that make fool to an umemployed to giving job and getting charges Rs. 13,000/- therefore there is not provision to charge such kind of amount to any person instead of job in India.

I am an candidate who have recieved the mail of Videcon Direct Recruitment offer where they are asking for Rs. 10,200 as interview security, after reading this I gave a thought for an moment was thnking of depositing but agian I gave seond thought then I realised that is an fraud mail as no company will ask for such kind of interview deposit.

i am rachit more. i receive one letter about job, in which videocon company's name also mention. in that letter they called me interview in Delhi but they also mention that deposit rs.10500 money as account of HR dept. of same company. so i just wants to know is it true or fake. if it is fake then do something against of such people. i attach that letter with this complaint letter.
