I have recieved the mail given below likly to fraud. Please advise me and take necessary action.

The first e-mail content is:

The Company VIDEOCON is a brand name in Electronics manufacturing business in India, The Company is recruiting these candidates for our new plants in Delhi,Bangalore, Pune and mumbai.


Your interview will be held at The Company Corporate office in New Delhi on 11th of October at 11.30 AM, You will be pleased to know that The 62 candidates selected will be giving appointment, Meaning that your Application can progress to final stage. You will have come to the Company's corporate office in New Delhi. Your offer letter with Air Ticket will be sent to you by courier service before date of interview. The Company will offer you a salary with benefits for this post, 35,000.00/- to 2,000,000/- P.M. + (HRA + D.A + Conveyance and other Company's benefits. The designation and Job location will be fixed by our Company's HRD. at the time of final processing. You have to come with photo-copies of all the required documents below:

Kindly notice this above given proof because it has came to me in my mail id and by seeing the site of videocon i got to know about the fraud case..
So kindly take the action against this..
Otherwise i will be compalining in mumbai police agianst this about the videocon company..

Don't know whether Videocon is aware or not about that fraud job offer mail, if not then please awake and lodge complaints against them...they had mentioned details eg., job offer / interview locations.

If Videocon wan't such mail then i will be fully support against that culprit & psycho who sent mail to me, i am very much sure they must have sent mail to many peoples.

For confirmation i had call Van and his contact number was mentioned in that mail is [protected]. Way he talks it seems that he is not indian but was so much worried about security deposite Rs. 10, 400/- which he wan't to transfer to below account-

Hi. I too have received email from Videocon Electronics, Delhi, for appearing interview on receiving Air tickets on payment of 10700/-, which will be refunded whether selected or not. Of course, I tried to find out genuineness of the supplied email address by them. Now understand by your comments it is not a genuine one. Can you confirm again about the genuineness.

Videocon — not attending the complaint of washing machine

I have purchased Videocon Washing Machine (Model K 5200) from M/s TV Palace, G-7, Patel Park, Opp. Welcome Tower, Tadwadi, Surat-395009 on 27.10.2008. It is not functioning properly since last 11/2 month. I lodged complaint with the shop and Videocon authorised service centre M/s Shree Vinayak Services, C/7, Gita Nagar, Opp. Sanghvi Tower, Adajan, Surat, Gujarat. One person from Service center visited & checked the machine and replaced the PCB & Valve. After 1 day the machine got the same problem due to PCB fault. The service person informed that the PCB should be again replaced and the same will be replaced when he get the same from the company. Our complaint No. is SUR-2308100 dtd 04.08.2010. Till date, there is no any information about getting the PCB from Videocon and no information about repairing of my machine.

I bought a videocon microwave oven (model no. VC 2800S) in summer 2009 from Delhi But after few days, my microwave oven stops working. I contacted to local videocon service center for the problem.
An specialist came, he repaired it and charged 800/Rs.After working proper for few days, it stopped again.
I again contacted to the service center, an specialist came, he took my micro to the center. After 15 days he returned my micro, saying " know it is perfect".But when I started micro, it was not working.
At last I contacted to customer care, they promised to send an expert to solve the problem.

But ,I am sorry to say, after near about 50 complaints, no body came to solve the problem since 9 month.

VWMVHS60GMC. i have also taken AMC ( HCP No. 71421 dated 15/05/2010 ending on 19/12/2012) .i have registered my complaint on call centre with complaint no.AGR [protected] on 05/05/11., for which company has appointed the engineer GOURAV GUPTA, again i have given several reminders to the company on the call centre for the same to be attented but i have not even got the call from company. then one day i got the number of Mr. Dinesh ( [protected]), which might be the company's senior representative at the local level. However, I being legally qualified and in legal profession, could easily make out that no company of such a good reputation could make such an assurance that 55 out of 62 applicants will be positively selected. I certainly agree to the above stated complaints. In fact i had a detailed discussion with one Mr.Michael on Cell No.[protected] who is pretending to be the personal secretary to Mrs.Anamika Thakur (HRD - Videocon) Again this is also fake names and designation as i did a through checkup with Videocon and recorded this call which went upto 25 mins long. There is no such procedure or formalities with the reputed organisation Videocon. They are using this name doing fraudlent activities. Its Better if anyone get this mail please lodge a complaint with your city Consumer Council, Local Court and the Local Police station under "Cyber Crime" these criminals to be punished severely as they are not only cheating people by taking lumpsum money, they are playing with the feelings, dreams and desires of Human's career which is unacceptable.

I have already lodged complaints on this and going to take it very serious and going to publish in all the leading newspapers and media too. MY EPF account number is MH/50750/840 & MH/51858/88 . I filed form 19 to claim for EPF on 18/05/2009. Approx one year passed but my claim has not been settled yet. When I rang up my ex employer, I got the reply that it has been sended from pf office through cheque no.729915 amounting Rs.8223/-and cheque no.667870 amounting Rs.23120/- dt.01/06/2010. I have checked with my bank but they are not received any cheque in my name. It is going to be approx three months but my employer has not responding.

It’s my hard earned money and I am not sure what the status of my Provident Fund. I would request you to intervene into the subject and let me know the status
this will help me a lot to my family. Now I do not know how much more time it shall be taking to settle my EPF claim. Kindly do the needful.

I bought a videocon jumbo frmo showroom NEXt located in faridabad, stating with purchase of Jumbo TV i will get a plasma form videcon after three years, for the same, videcon will send me bond of assurity, now its been four months passed i didn't rcvd any bond moreoevr whenevr i vissit NEXT showroom they are not entertaining & way of talking is too rude, pls look in to this matter on urgent basis.

yes, every bit of it is true. they just try to track us away from the free plasma and say pay 7 grans to get an LCD...well ..!! wt about the offer ??..these bunch of f00lz need to be dragged to court...

i agree with iaantino4u, They R just diverting from the free plasma offer, meanewhile in between this 2yr&11month a pre-mature redemption of the bond had been offered by the company where in we had to cough up few more rupees if opted, As i was not interested in availing that option at that time, i sticked to the plasma tv till end... now as my 2yr11mt time from the date of purchase expires this month (Dec2010), when contacted they say that as the plasma tv has many problems they have stopped the production, so now they are giving an option of 20% discount on LCD and LED of the same brand + the bond value 7500 i.e., if i opted for LEDtv 32" ~ addition amount of rupees 20, 000 to Be paid, or if I opt for the LCD tv 32" 11, 500Rs differential has to be paid now !!! WHY instead if not plasma they can give us LED worth of it, ...or refund the amount worth the equvalent to the 32" plasma tv which they have promised... Hoping that they keep up their promise and the reputation of the company... instead of informing the customers at the nick of the time they could have taken a softoption of convincing them in this given span of time... or could have given a transparent technical explination view to the layman.

Vedeocon is cheating us. I am also having the same bond under Mano ya na mano offer. Now company has sent letter stating that free Plasma will cost you Rs. 4980/- towards taxes. and the Plazma they are offering is useless- the plazma is without remote, without AV in. We have been made fool

Did any of you opted for their choices, have you spoke to them regarding this? What is the future course of action?

They are asking to pay 70% of the Rs.7000/- as taxes (but in India the taxes are around, 5-13.5% for consumer goods) for a plasma screen with out AV in and remote etc which is not at all ethical and all the customers should teach them a lession.
