We had brought slim and trim 29 inch video con TV and within one year its picture tube was replaced, after one month its condenser was changed and now it is not working again since last week. we surely regret buying videocon products . The customer care site is also not working the page is not found and the telephone operators never pick up, it seems the executives are always busy with complaints....

Hi, we have bought a Videocon AC from Snehanjali Electronics which is located at Opp station, Andheri (W) in April 09, at the time of purchase they told us that there will be free service in first year, but no one has visited our house even after calling the shop several times to send the service guys but till date no one has visited our house.. the Ac is also not cooling the room its remote is not working.. this is a pathetic service......

Today is the 10th day after complaining about a/c problem to VIDEOCON customer care, no one has cared about it.

I have called them aroung 100 times in these 10 days and even called upon all the level about the complaint but they never responded.

Its the worst service i have ever seen in my life time, VIDEOCON -- please stop manufacturing a/c machines.... i dont know what the heck these guys are doing.......
