I PURCHASED A FRIDGE AT PANIPAT. DURING WARANTEE PERIOD ITSEF , THE COMPRESSOR FAILED AND IT WAS REPLACED.
I WAS TRANSFERRED TO BEGUSARAI DISTT LAST YEAR. HERE, THE FRIDGE STARTED GIVING LESS COOLING , SO LOCAL SERVICE CENTRE PERSON WAS INTIMATED AT MOBILE NO [protected].
HE TOOK THE FRIDGE AND REPAIRED AND CHARGED APPROX Rs1200-00.
AGAIN THE FRIDGE STARTED GIVING LOW COOLING. HE AGAIN TOOK THE FRIDGE AND DID SOME REPAIR.
STILL THE FRIDGE DID NOT WORK SO HE AGAIN COLLECTED THE FRIDGE AND NOW THE FRIDGE IS LYING WITH HIM SINCE MORE THAN 6 MONTHS.
AFTER REPEATED FOLLOW UP HA SAYS THAT COMPRESSOR HAS TO BE CHANGED.WHEN I ASKED THAT AFTER CHANGE OF COMPRESSOR, THE FRIDGE WILL BE ALLRIGHT, HE IS NOT SURE.
HE IS NOT IN APOSITION TO FIND OUT ACTUAL REASON , NOR CONFIDENT ABOUT HOW TO REPAIR IT.HE IS ONLY MAKING EXPERIMENTS AT MY COST AND AT THE COST OF GOODWILL OF VIDEOCON.
THE ISSUE WAS BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF PATNA AREA IN-CHARGE , MR GUDDU ON PHONE NO [protected]. HE CONFIRMED THT HE WILL ENQUIRE AND CALL BACK, BUT NO RESPONSE.
PL NOTE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION ON PRIORITY.

VIDEOCON IS NOT OFFERING PROPER AFTER SALE SERVICE. IT IS A FOOLISH DECISION TO BUY ANY VIDEOCON PRODUCT.

dear sir,
i purchased videocon fridge on 27-06-07. now the fridge not working and i report the local service centre. but no response from the local service centre. then i made reprort to main videocon warranty centre still now they are not act any further steps.

    MR.CHETAN(SENIOR C.S/T.L). ALSO SMS'D REGARDING THE SAME ON

    SVC-53030. SPOKE TO MS.PRIYANKA(DELHI NO:[protected]) AND SHE

    PROMISED FOR A FEEDBACK WITHIN 48 HOURS.

    AFTER WAITING FOR THREE DAYS,I SMS'D ON[protected] AND SPOKE TO

    SOME MS. FROM DELHI(NO: [protected])

    ON[protected], MR.ARVIND(SERVICE ENGINEER) VISITED AND TOOK

    PHOTOCOPY OF BILL PROMISING THAT APPROPRIATE DECISION WILL BE

    TAKEN WITHIN A WEEK.

    SINCE NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN SINCE THEN,

      Hi,

      I had purchased Videocon Challenger Series 2, Model 5420, Serial No 5605 21" colour television from Shri Raunak Agencies, Dehuroad on 18.10.1998.

      Remote control of my TV was damaged long back & now I had lost the same. Now I am trying purchase a new one but not able to get as I don't know it's part number. All remote control sellers are asking for it's part no. I tried 4 to 5 remotes given by them but they are not matching. Only TV's model details are not enough for them. They require remote's part no.

      Request you to confirm the part number of remote control so that I can buy the same. My TV don't have any problem. It's working well. I just need new remote control, either an original or duplicate.

        I had bought videocon refrigrator date on 27/04/2009 model S332 from MEERUT BHASIN BROTHERS but there was a problem of water lickage in this fridge i always register compliand in different date ie,GHA[protected] GHA[protected] GHA[protected] company send many technician but they cant solve my problem

        in last complain they told that this fridge should be replace due to defect in this refrigarator plese submmit your bill .
        i already submmit this paper dated on 20/09/09 they told me that due to diwali this piece should be change after the festival after one month they said that your paper had missed so plese submmit your bill again i again subbmited paper to Mr RAJIVE SHARMA but after a long time the problem is as it is so plese look the matter immediately

        Kirti Electronics, Ghodbunder Road, Thane, is selling to customers display pieces and old pieces packed in a new box. My family is a victim of their cheating behaviour and they will not replace the product.
        I tell you all this so you can to stop buying from them and you will not be cheated.

          For yearly Diamond pack recharge i gave Rs 3000 /- to Videocon dealer on 16/12/2009 , and he recharege my account with Rs.3000/-( 300 x 10) ,as a single voucher of 2900 is not available with any one , Now i spoke to customercare of Videocon dth service on phone , they told me your account recharged for diamond pack for almost 11 month , not for a year...............
          as i given money for yearly recharge and dealer recharge with RS 300 X 10 voucher ..... it is not my mistake and for that i don't want to pay back
          now i request you to make my yearly pack with Rs. 100 balanced

          Dear Sir/Mam,
          I purchased the V'dcon satellite dvd from one of the dealers in kol in the month of Jan'10 (mid of Jan)with cust id no #3515615.I was looking only to change my old sony dvd with any new one which could support usb.The dealer insisted to buy the videocon product and which i did.The tempting offer was that it was coming with an optional satellite pack for 3 months free subscription for additional 300/-only.Soon after the purchase, the set after 2 weeks stopped responding and quickly the service engineer came and changed the set which hapeened again in the next span of 1 or 2 weeks.Along with the 2 nd change the service engineer had taken away one dvd which was there inside the dead/non responded set which till date I didnot get back.Anyways my puropse of this complaint is that for the last couple of weeks i am unable to play any dvd in the set and I found that the satellite connection was suspended.Calling up the customer care i faced an experience which i could have only thought of any LALA company.
          the reasons were explained in the regards:
          1> Line supsended as you(I, the customer) have already enjoyed the money(300/-).As if they were not aware of the free subscription.
          2> Regarding dvd problem the engineers would not visit or no free assistance as your(mine) account is negative irrespective whether that is under warranty or not.

          My concern is that selling new products giving false miscommitments and that's too a product which doesnot even costs Rs3000/-.
          If someone is reading this text and is/are planning to buy any product of this brand I would sujest not to go for this irrespective they have Avishke Bachchan or Sharukh khan as their role models.

          I would be grateful if you guys can fix up the problem.
          I have taken your Diamond pack connection on 24th of January, 2010 and after enjoying the free service for two months the account was rechagred on 24.03.2010 for six(6) months recharging Rs 1500/- coupon.

          Since I have recharged my account on 24.03.2010 for six month, it should have been valid upto 24.09.2010 but when I called your customer care centre they intimated me that the account is valid upto 7.09.2010. Why it is upto 07.09.2010 instead of 24.09.2010?

          Please do necessary correction and intimate me in my mobile mumber .

              Apart from above three complain complained on phone many ntimes. But due to careless approach defective m/c. is not repaired as on date. Now even phone is also not being atteded. It seems they are wating to complete the gurantee period, then ask for money. Since the machine is purchased it has never worked properly and I feel cheated. Ihope your intervension will solve my problem.

                  we have taken the tv from the dealer amaj ma electronic on 10 dec then the sparking,blasting sound occurs from the tv and stop working,then we have log the complaint no-THA[protected].ON11 dec the tec visit the home on 13 dec the he has taken the entire circuit to service centre and brought back on 15 dec at 3 pm then it works for 2 hours then after same prob occurs at 5.30 pm ,so what type of work was done in service centre and what type of product thus the company sell ,is this set was made in china,which works for 3 to 4 days.pls resolve this complaint as soon as possible .model no- 21sbr/ser-3339.dop 10.12.09.

                    I purchased Videocon 34 jumbo,Model -CTV8600QS on 14/1/2008 in Ananthapur at NET electronocs showroom. reglarly i received color patch problem, i report to service center, just they done service as per name sake. my TV is looking like a TV who was played holi.

                    again recently i received problem of bending screen in to different angles,the service guy chanced some capacitors but still there is no improvement.he said that he don't have company settings,it will take 1 week time to get that seetings.

                    As these many complaints clearly indicate that Videocon company blames customers by giving that type of TVs in to the market.

                    As early as possible plan to retain customers, and find a win-win solution for this CTV8600QS model.

                    When we put on TV, three bright colors (red, blue &green) appears on the screen. It remains and overlaps over the pictures. This problem aroused since yesterday evening.

                    Videocon — coloured spot on screen

                    i have purchase videocon tv on this 02 nov 2008. when i start the tv so check the red & coloured spot show on screen. so many times i tried to contact on contact no 39404040 teleservice no. but this no is not linked by company. so pls solve my problem.
                    very bad experience with Videocon Ctv puchased two years back.
                    colour distortion affecting eyesight of the family.

                    again recently i received problem of bending screen in to different angles, the service guy chanced some capacitors but still there is no improvement.he said that he don't have company settings, it will take 1 week time to get that seetings.

                      there is continous water lekage from drain pipe .some part has to be replaced as par the engineer ,but the part is not available in the compny .last year a.c.p was replaced after one month of complaining and now this porb. will tacke how much time god knows .is there any option.i m facing diffficulty in washing cloths my washing machine is 8 years old

                        Its been 7 days past still Videocon technical team is unable to answer my queries regarding my TV kit which was given to service engineer for repair. The details are as Follows--

                        1st Dec 09 -- Logged call at[protected] , Mahavir Electronics, Ambawadi Ahmedabad) for complaint against improper working of TV switches.

                        1st Dec 09 -- Service Engineer from Mahavir Electronics, Ambawadi Ahmedabad came to my house to check my TV. Checked my TV thorougly and discovered that the problem is unable to resolve at my residence so took my TV kit to Mahavir Electronics's workshop and commited to give update about the problem in 3 days.

                        4th Dec 09 -- I called to Mahavir Electronics[protected] call operator gave me workshop's no. and asked me get the feedback from there.

                        5th Dec 09 to 9th Dec09 Calling daily on cellphone of service engineers of Mahavir Electronics but not getting any positive response till today Take the necessary action

                          Dear Sir,

                          I have purchased 26" LCD model Intgra Classic Sr. No 701447 from M/S Parakh Enterprises, MG road Nashik ( Phone no[protected] on 09/03/2009. After of purchasing this set we have started to use cable connection and found that its picture quality is not good as well as no sound for many channel. To identify is it TV problem or Cable problem we have connected another make LCD and found that another make TV is working fine. Same thing we had informed to Videocon service center Kalyani ServicesNear CBS Nashik[protected]. We had deposited this TV to this service center on 7/11/2009 and they had checked this TV in front of me and found same problem. They were agreed that its tuner card is faulty and we will be changed within two days. but after four days they had returned this TV to us saying tht we will get this part with in fifteen days and we fit it to yout TV at your Home. JOB No. 919 dated 07/11/2009 ( kalyani Services). Till today this problem has not solved.
                          Now we are communicating with their Service Manager Mr.Mule [protected]. But he is not yet looked in to this problem. We are very much upsetted with looking this service response.
                          Now we hope after this complaint our problem will get resolve.
                          Up to now we have given three complaints and its numbers are
                          NAS[protected] , NAS[protected] , NAS [protected].
                          Please look into matter urgently.

                            I purchsed one electrolux double door refrigerator manufactured by videocon 2 years back. just after two years a leakage in the cooling gas pipeline was detected and it stopped functioning. On call the videocon engineer came and suggested that the system should be replaced by new one at the cost of Rs. 2200. I did it and one month warranty was promised. Surprisingly just after 3 months, the same problem reappeared and again Rs. 2200 should be spent. Dear customer please think about the nastybuisness policy and the poor quality of the product. I'm totally disappointed with the Videocon.

                            Hi!

                            I have bought a videocon mobile model no v1675, before 2 months for 5800 rupees.

                            It is the phone which does not satisfy the basic need, Would you like to know what it is?

                            It is none other than the hearing speaker, it is worse part of that phone, then they have given the toll free customer care number, when i dial that no. during day time it will respond that this number is not valid, during night time a long ring will go and no one will pick the call. I have given it to the retailer and asked him, he told me to give it in videocon service station, I hardly searched for the service station at cbe, all my search ended up in vain.

                            Finally I sold that mobile for just 2000 rupees and bought a brand new samsung c5212 mobile.....

                            Really a worse phone i have ever used is this videocon v 1675.

                              i purchased a videocon Jumbo 34 " TV from a show room in Bangalore in April/ 2008 , and after 10 months i noticed a colour spread on the corner of the scrren , i tried to call the service centre in bangalore , and to my astonishment there was no one in bangalore , all the numbers listed on the product catalouge never existed , it was disgusting that a brand company never had a promising service centre in a big city. and finally with the help of one of my friend i got number of some service centre , after calling he reached after 2 days , and changed some IC, and the set started to work ,
                              but now in 30 th nov -2009 again after 9 months we are facing problem of the TV, there is no picture on the screen , the set is not at all showing any picture neither is getting ON. this is really a very bad . when i call the same person who serviced last time , he tells he is not free.
                              if this waas the case with vediocon company . i would have never purchased a videocon product .
                              the company products are really bad .
                              i call upon all my friends who read this , please never never puchase a videocon TV/ products. and please inform ur friends also .

                                I am from Baroda-Gujarat. I wants to purchase Vidiocon LCD Television under Bajaj Finance. I have filled up application form for loan three days before. But yesterday your representative told me that your loan application is rejected. Your CIBIL is negative. I am very surprised to know about that. How could my CIBIL be negative. pls. let me know due to which default my name came in CIBIL? as per my knowledge, I had taken HOME PC under your Bajaj Finance. and first installment of same was bounced due to misunderstanding between me and your representative. He had told me that my installments commence from may and first installment was debited in my account in April. thereafter not a single installment was bounced till the completion of my loan. I have also paid the cheque bounce charges of Rs.100/- on closure of my loan with you. If you wants the proof I can provide the same to you. This is the only occation in my history which I remember and for this single occassion you cant put my name in nagative CIBIL. If you have any other reason, pls. let me know the same.

                                I have purchased Fridge from Citi Finance, Bike from HDFC Finance and all my loans are fully paid. Presently I have taken housing loan from Bank of India for Rs.350000/- if my CIBIL was nagative than how could Bank of India financed me a housing loan.

                                Therefore, I humbly request your company to look in to the fact of my case and clear my CIBIL and allow me finance otherwise, I have to file the complaint against your company under consumer protection act.

                                Videocon LCD Television — Rejection of Loan Application

                                Sir, I Rakesh Vithalapara Resident of Vadodara- Gujarat.
                                I wants to buy Vidiocon LCD TV from MORE Mega Store of Vadodara. I have filled my loan application 2 days before from your representative at the store. Today when I approached him he told me that my loan application is being rejected. When I asked him the reason of rejection he told me that my CIVIL is negative. He was not able to give me the exect reason behind it.

                                Therefore, I Request you to let me know the perfect reason of rejection of my loan proposal. I had never failed in repayment of any of my loan installement till date. I had also purchased my HOME PC under your companies finance. First installment of that loan was bounced only due to misunderstanding between me and your representative. He had told me that the installment will commence from may and by mistake it commence from April. This is the only one occassion of failure in my history. If my CIVIL is negative how Bank of India has financed me the housing loan.

                                I am working in a reputed Chartered Accountant Firm since last 5 years and my monthly salary is Rs.11500/- per month. There are only two members in my family and we both are earning. I have my purchased my own house in Baroda on my self. When I purchase a house of Rs.500000/- than I can also buy the LCD by cash. But I dont want to block my cash.what you expect from the borrower? Do you think that a person whose monthly income is Rs.11500/- per month will not able to repay your EMI of Rs.1500/- per month. I dont understand what is CIVIL and how could my CIVIL be negative?

                                If the approach of you company will remains same you will definetely loose the jenuine borrowers. I have money I will buy LCD through cash also. But think about those jenuine custormeres who are willing to fulfill their dreams through you, and your representative without going into the fact of any disqualification reject their proposals.

                                I hope that you will give me the proper response of my querry.

                                    But till now no machanic came here.

                                      Automatic Water drainage occurring from Wash Tub
