dear sir,
I sameer s Hadkar, been using videocon challenger series 2 model since last 9 year till now it is working good but the problem is when i tune the channel by remote control is displays only 9 channel and after that when i press 10th channel is shows SKIP massage on TV screen, how it is i don't know pl help me help me to reset my channel till 99 like before.

I am working with NTPC Ltd. presently posted at Jabalpur.I had purchased one front loading Videocon Washing machine model No. 50HFE bearing Sl No. E00972 from my previous place of posting at Shaktinagar, near Varanasi.

During operation the machine developed a problem and a complain was lodged at the Videocon Care Centre , Jabalpur on 16/07/2007 – Complain No. : 6D1VFO7G16002.

The machine is lying defective since then because of non availability of door switch. As per information received from Videocon Care Centre , Jabalpur, the spare ( door switch) is not available at Aurangabad.

It will be kind of you if you can arrange to rectify the Washing machine so that it can be used again. I am ready to bear the repair charges.

Spin motor not working, purchased machine from Jaipur(Rajasthan) and currently working in Kota(Rajasthan) and product is under warranty so kindly do the needful as first time seeking for custmer support.

I sent my set to an authorised service centre M/S
Curewell Electronics in Shakarpur, Delhi, in early
Sept 07 with the complaints mainly of -

1 Cannot tune channels as they keep on slipping over
to the next channel
2 Front panel does not work along with the volume and
channel buttons and other problems.

The centre charged me Rs 1500/- for the work done. The
work done was not satisfactory as the engineers could
not rectify till date the Colour tint adjustment knob
The size of the picture is not proper
The sound increases perceptibly when the surround
function is switched on

As my remote is not working the centre had promised to
provide me, though not obligatory, a new compatible
remote and when it is recd they promised to send their
engg to look into the my other complaints also.
Although I kept on telling the Centre to rectify the
problem and not wait for the remote as it was not
obligatory on their part to provide me with one, they
sent an engineer only after I contacted Videocon
sometime in October - Complaint No is 400VA07J11005 dt
[protected]. The above defects still exist....

Sir, this is really a very shoddy treatment and makes
one wonder the basis on which Videocon selects and
authorises its service centres. The Center did not
even give me a receipt of charges or work done on a
printed and proper format. Only a small slip was
given.

After following up with Mr Srikant of Videocon I have reached a dead end. It seems the authorised service centres are unable to handle the repairs. More have now cropped up. The picture has now started vanishing after the set runs for some time

I have purchased the Videocon Washing Machine SA 75 about 3 years back and since then I am facing frquent breakdown of the Washing Machine.I have been following up with the dealers but they are not reponding.They always give us the reply saying that there is no spares availiable for this model of washing Machine.I am located at Bhilai( Chhattisgarh) India.I request you to please help me in this regard and convey my grevience to the company so that my problem can be solved.

It is to draw your kind attention that we, GeetUp had purchased a tower AC VA 2400 SPT TWR 2 having invoice no. VID-12 from your authorized dealer Mr Dilip Mohanty (Mobile-[protected]), Hi-Tech Systems, B-147, HIG Duplex, Baramunda-3 on 8th of May 2006 .Due to certain technical defects it didn’t function properly and after our complaint, Mr. Mohanty replaced it with new AC. Again due to similar problems the AC got changed for another time. The latest one we have right now is also not giving the expected results and getting shut down every now and then. We have made a number of complains to the respective authority like Videocon customer service and Mr Gautam who is Branch Head in BBSR and also to General Manager Mr Kauli. Since the AC is still within the warranty period, we want it to be replaced with two windows ACs for the same cost.

We will appreciate your immediate concern for the above mentioned cause and oblige.

I had purchased Videocon Colour Television with serial number 103906 in the year 2002 from Aparna TV& Furniture Show Room, Market...

I have purchase VIDEOCON CTV 21'' Model 22SL
From Next Show Room , Ahmedabad against Invoice NO 579 dated 21.07.2007.

The said TV is not working since 21/09/2007. I have complaint the compnay repeadtely at Phone No[protected] to Mr Ubhay Shah and to Mr.Shailesh Upadhyay. But regret to note that till date I have not received any response from the company.

Please help me out in the matter.

I purchased the videocon sound station model SS22 -1000 last week.One very big issue i found out with this model is its programme swap function weird. To keep our favourite channels in a particular postion, we have to search entire channels one by one, after it comes into that position ,then only it is stored in that position.Its very much not user friendly and irritating . It doesnt ahve a swap function.
