Please change my registered number. My old mobile number got deactivated and i am having problem recharging my account. I would request you to please change my number as soon as possible. The old number was [protected] and my new number is [protected]. The old number is not in use now. I don't have that number. I request you to do change my number so that i can recharge easily.

    I have videocon d h and selected 40+ channel and it costs 250+ and d2h added his channel own it on and i requested to deactivate that channel, but they didn't do that plsese help. I phoned him 10 time + and didn't get my solution.

      I have raised a compliant against subscription of hd channels and after calling them for nearly 30 times i do not get a response nor any solution. I have emailed them providing necessary information and i do not get s response from them over an email as well.

      These people do not care about customers and their issues.

      When asked to escalate they don't do so... The senior agent also does not what the solution is.

      Please do not opt for videcon d2h vendor at all.

        My d2h is not working. I am not able to connect there customer care, always there line is busy or disconnected[trying to reach they from last 4 days]. While recharging for channel it always throws error. So i am not able to use the service.
        I have already paid 2k for installation, now i am feeling helpless.

            Plan - d2h flexi pack opted for mainly tamil channels

            Recharged for rs.265/-. Plan expires on 14th march 2019. I still have balance of rs. 50.37/- in subscription account.. While seeing channels today could find many channels being removed from display for ex. Zee tamil, jaya tv, raj tv, vijay tv etc stating insufficient balance.. How come this is possible..? How channels are removed when i have sufficient balance without prior information?.. I need a clear explanation from them.. Please help to resolve the issue really frustrated with this approach.

            So far no calls received from their end which literally shows their lethargy towards customer. Their mail does not explain about removal of existing channels without prior information to me is rediculous. Really frustrated with their service. I will not recommend their product to any of my friends/relatives in future.

            Videocon D2H channel subscription complaint

            I have recharged the subscription channels for Rs. 347.51 /- yesterday[protected]. My Existing Plan Due Date was on[protected]. Today when I checked account summary in tv it still shows account balance as Rs. 0.00 with expiry date as[protected]. Even after refreshing the account from my end also, I am not getting the balance correctly. Since they suspended all the channels on[protected], I want the balance 4 days recharge amount to be added to my D2H current account balance and calculate the future expiry date accordingly. Also I am not getting a proper response for the mails or calls I made for the past one week which is creating mental agony for me for which they are responsible. Please help to resolve the issue.
            I create my own package they will change all time and delete my channel also i am replacing my set top box my balance cannot transfer into new settop box and they cannot start any channel also

                I have recently relocated to a new house as on 1st of march and have been calling videocon customer care number on[protected] but i am never able to connect to their customer executive. I am not sure if this number even works,. All i get is a beep sound and the call gets disconnected. It has been more than 5 days and the issue is still the same. As i found the customer care number to be useless i emailed customer care email id at [protected]@dishd2h.com and relocation email id [protected]@d2h.com and received an response 2 days later advising the same template but none answered by question. I emailed the nodal officer which i found from videocon portal and never got a response either. I wasn't surprised. With complete frustration i am writing this complaint that videocon has shown a very poor customer care experience overall and i am quite not sure if i will recommend them. I also tried to change my rtn using the sms option to new one and when i key in the words and send to 56677 as instructed in their website i get a response stating this keyword has been expired. I completely lost hope and for a moment and i thought videocon has closed down all their services in india and they are yet to decommission their website. As a consumer i would suggest you guys appoint a head to look over the operations and customer experience. To start with conduct a survey to know where you stand with customer satisfaction.

                      I lost my Registered Mobile Number (RTN) which i gave while doing connection for d2h. i want to change my Registered Mobile No. to my new number.

                      Recently i recharged my Videocon d2h but i found the channels which is used to get is not in my list and it is written that those as unsubscribed channels.
                      One can not select channels as per his wish on their web site, the site gets hanged up or do not allow to choose. Kindly visit their site & check.

                        Hi team,
                        I really dont understand a need for promotional calls everyday when everything is available on site and customer can customise the package as and when needed.

                        I am receiving daily unwanted calls from videocon d2h inspite of registered for dnd. I have requested multiple times to remove my number from call center system they just say they wll do and next day again i get a call. No other companies like airtel or tata sky harass their customers to this extent. This is so frustrating.

                        My customer id is[protected] and i badly request to stop any call from videocon d2h.

                          I have recharged by above account rs.219 on 25/2/19 and got confirmation on the same. However, viewing of channels is blocked from 26th onwards. I have been calling customercare phone numbers frequently but i could not get through all these days.

                          Please check and start functioning the channels immediately. Since, you have blocked viewing unreasonably, the time blocked may be extended further from the date of functioning

                            I would like to inform you that videocon d2h is a cheater company, all their committments are false. For the past 2 days my d2h is totally hanged up inspite of giving so many complaints further i would like to add their they have appointed all stupid and uneducated executives they don't even understand the customer id when we are informing them above and all their networks are so busy we have to be in quee for almost 01 hour, i have already given advance payment for 1 year nd taken super gold pack but then also they have cutt off many of the channels. Frankly speaking a cheater company which doesn't deserve to be in market.

                              After multiple attempt of customer care by phone or mail but still my issue not resolved. They are not givng me the options to choose by phone and my also blocked my d2h login access.
                              My concern is to login access to my d2h account[protected] rtn - [protected] and i want to subscribe my
                              Favorite channels as there is no other option to choose my favorite channels only.
                              But as i clearly mentioned in my previous i am unable to login my d2h account not in my d2h app as well as website.

                                I have recharged my d2h with 900 after selecting my pack and the service is not resumed, i have called the customer service about 50 times but they replied only once and didn't solve the problem. They asked me to select channels and i did it as per their wish but still got no response, they don't respond to their customer service. The new tariffs made my tv bill go much higher than before.

                                    I have been trying to select the channels as per the new trai norms since the past month and have been unable to do so. I have sent multiple mails and called your customer care many times but they are unable to give any reason or a solution for the problem. I have been asked to wait for half hour to 5 hours after each interaction and nothing is done about it.
                                    It seems your customer care is not allowed to register a complaint for this - which is funny, because a customer care support is supposed to be there to look into complaints and solve problems.
