Videocon d2h representative, visit my home, i bought a new remote from him, within a week tv remote stop working, i lodge a complain to customer care, then d2h representative called me and said you have to purchase nee remote, i told him that remote is under warranty and you should replace it,
He said if you want to purchase then he can come but for free replacement he has no remote, it seems we are on pity of them, dont go for videocom d2h

My videocon d2h customer id 61511896 shows c14 : smart card not paired with box i have tried ever methods. But noting worked for me. I had messaged ref to the contact shown that to contact a number which is not available!!

I am using videocon from last 5 year. There is an issue of message coming on tv again and again shown in subject. On calling customer care they are asking for visiting charges of rupees 200. It seems like they are trying to fool customers by asking so much of visiting charge, as this was not informed earlier that you will have to pay visiting charges.

Eventhough there is balence in the account, i am still not able to see any channels. It ia giving C14 error.
Please help me out and start the service immediately.
I do not want to spend Rs. 200 every time. This is really pathetic
