Company has not communicated anything prior to the changes nor they have after. They are just assuming everyone should call and ask them and they will convey the this information to them. Mosaic menu had the option to change channels with hd and normal listed and sorted. It was very easy and it was one of the resson i opted for videocon. But now since they have discontinoued it, service is not worth it.

But till now it's not resolved even i had talked to service incharge mr. Dilip sutar and he told me that it will be resolved with 2or 3days but now i have called but he is not receiving my call. Hi,

I paid complete amount of 2420 online on videocon site for set topbox and one month subscription . The next day, the installation technician informs me that for installation, I need to get a separate wiring done which he can't do so I cancelled.

I have called customer care so many times for refund but they dont acknowledge the request at all.

Its clearly a disgusting process followed by...

I am using videocon from last one year. There is an issue of message coming on tv again and again shown in subject. On calling customer care they are asking for visiting charges of rupees 200. It seems like they are trying to fool customers by asking so much of visiting charge, as this was not informed earlier that you will have to pay visiting charges.

I want to inform you that i have been been customer of videocon since 2010, but since 2018 i am totally dissatisfied with your service.

In september 2018 i changed the setup top box and got new one cost me rs - 750/ but now in oct with in one month again it stopped working.

I called to the costumer care he asked me for engineer visit which will cost me again rs - 200.

Dear concern,

I was relocate my d2h as on dated 27.09.2018.
Engineer was charged rs.650/- for relocate the d2h.
After that once again rs.450/- deduct my a/c[protected], then i called to customer care, customer care executive told me that charges deduct for relocate and register the complaint for that.

My led not working since 15 days. It is in warranty. Service engg. Came but he charge 944 rs for service charge advance and said that card will be replaced in 3 days. Hi i have bought videocon 4k tv from videocon with 1 year full and and 2 years extended warranty.. Service guy came 1100 rs he took for visit by saying in extended warranty only part is covered and now he ordered power board. When i am following up he says company is in loss.. Plz resolve my issue as already one month has been pased since i made my complaint .

Yesterday, i witnessed a disappointing activity on videocon d2h, they suddenly turned off the broadcasting of ndtv india channel and the error shown was "package not subscribed". When i called to videocon d2h customer care, they activated ndtv channel, but didn't disclose the reason why they stop broadcasting ndtv channel without informing the user.

Now i want to know the reasons why you disabled the channels broadcasting?...
