Dear sir, it is almost more than 4 months that i have made a complaint regarding my led tv regarding the complaint an engineer visited 4 months ago, till now the complaint is not resolved, i had made so many attempts and calls to each and every one i was communicated that the parts have been stuck in customs and will take time, after that after 2.5 months again i received a call that we need your led tv to be shipped at our service center as it will be okeyed from there, i denied because till then i had lost faith with the company, again from last two days i am receiving a call from a executive that my product is available and it is to be assembled but unfortunately i have changed my residence from uttam nagar delhi to najafgarh delhi, so the service provider is not able to resolve it, today only at 10 am i received a call from [protected] that i have to bring the set at their service center for change of part. This is totally unacceptable as you guys assure at the time of sales that service is available at any location, but now as i am in delhi only, the prime location, than only i am being haressed by you people.
Requesting you to kindly take a look at the matter and resolve this issue.

    Complain no.-tha[protected] registered on 24.08.2018 and since then i made more than 50 calls to them. They did not pick up phone for more than 90% of time. My product is under warranty and in spite of that they are not providing service. Whenever they pick up call, replied wait for 2-3 days and since then it is almost two months is passing. I request from your forum please help and get my led repaired.

      My led is within warranty and its screen has become completely blank and it is not repairable as per the service centre. And they are neither changing the part nor replacing my led with new led. Instead they are asking for 50% of total new led amount to replace my led which is not as per warranty policy. Plz acknowledge my request and do the needful. Already more than 2 months have passed they have took away the led to service centre and no resolution provided.

        I am 70 year old senior citizen and videocon d2h is a harassing me since last the time i have subscribed their service.

        I just subscribed (D2h flexi pack + bangla add on (Rs 99 + rs 40).

        However videocon customer service have add a-la-carte channels without my consent, just to earn more money fraudulently.

        I have reached out to their nodal officer, however she is very rude and she is not ready to listen.

        At the end of the day i am paying for the channels i don't watch.

        Videocon is cheating on me and harassing me without resolving my issue.

        I want the package back (D2h flexi pack + bangla add on (Rs 99 + rs 40), i subscribed and i do not want them to change without my consent.

        Please help me resolve this.

        Now this is ridiculous.. Now it looks like they are not even bothered about Customer privacy.. After posting this complaint, their West Bengal Nodal Officer called me from Phone # [protected] named Sarbani Deb, and asked for my account password. She asked me to SMS my password to her..

        Now why will Videocon need my Account Password to fix my issue. Probably they are planning to mess up more using my account.

        Videocon Management please take strict action against your fraud Officials, who are ruining your business.

          Company has not communicated anything prior to the changes nor they have after. They are just assuming everyone should call and ask them and they will convey the this information to them. Mosaic menu had the option to change channels with hd and normal listed and sorted. It was very easy and it was one of the resson i opted for videocon. But now since they have discontinoued it, service is not worth it.
          I want to file complain against the company under unauthorised mosaic menu removal, curtomer were not aware and neither they were informed at all. Services play very important part in using the set top box and guiding through.

          Please bring the menu back and inform this to all customers incase you make any changes. Or you can do somthing better that what it is right now. It is completelty pathetic and you are not able to see any hd channle on that list, not acceptable.

            On 6 sep 2018 i have complaint of my videocon led tv complaint no-pun[protected]. Also i have followed up many times regarding that service related issues. But till now it's not resolved even i had talked to service incharge mr. Dilip sutar and he told me that it will be resolved with 2or 3days but now i have called but he is not receiving my call. I never expect that type of wrost service from videocon company.
            So, just tell me what i do in that situation.

                Hi,

                I paid complete amount of 2420 online on videocon site for set topbox and one month subscription . The next day, the installation technician informs me that for installation, I need to get a separate wiring done which he can't do so I cancelled.

                I have called customer care so many times for refund but they dont acknowledge the request at all.

                Its clearly a disgusting process followed by Videocon and is not at all reliable company to choose. Please beware.

                  c14 :smart card not paired with box

                  I am using videocon from last one year. There is an issue of message coming on tv again and again shown in subject. On calling customer care they are asking for visiting charges of rupees 200. It seems like they are trying to fool customers by asking so much of visiting charge, as this was not informed earlier that you will have to pay visiting charges.

                    I want to inform you that i have been been customer of videocon since 2010, but since 2018 i am totally dissatisfied with your service.

                    In september 2018 i changed the setup top box and got new one cost me rs - 750/ but now in oct with in one month again it stopped working.

                    I called to the costumer care he asked me for engineer visit which will cost me again rs - 200.

                    Each month your box will stop working & each month we will keep on spending money on visit charge & box charge? Are we fool? I am not willing to spend a single rupee on engineer visit, setup top box is not working it's your problem not my fault, why should i spend money on your engineer visit? We have a lot of options.

                    Kindly take back your box & return my money and recharge value too as soon as possible,

                        I have made a complaint (Ref: mum[protected]) against non working on my videocon washing machine (Wm vt70c40 choco brown 7.0 kg) which is in warranty period on 20th sept 2018.
                        It's been almost 17+ days that i am not getting any meaningful update from you.

                        Service centre guys are saying that, we have made the order and cannot do more that that. Order comes from hyderabad location, so thats why taking long time.

                        I have been told that 2 parts are not working from my machine which is been ordered from the company. But i don't think it should take these many days to just order 2 parts (Wall, one more item).

                        Your videocon company can sale many washing machine in one single days and how come only 2 parts are not coming to your svc service centre?

                        Many times i called on your cc number, they are just dumb. They said there work is to tell the status of the request that's it, nothing more than that they can do.

                        How come customer will get satisfy if your cc team just says the status and not the action/workaround?

                        Just for your information, if i will order any new thing even from outside india, it comes in a week max and how come these two parts are not coming?

                        I want videocon team to solve my washing machine repair problem asap.

                          I am having some issues with my tv which is under extended warranty and i registered a complaint regarding the issue.

                          It's been around 1 and a half month and nothing has been done after the person came to check the tv set. I have contacted the number he gave us a few times and every time the person tells me it will get done in the next 10 days or something and then nothing happens. Please, get it done asap

                            Hello my name is vaibhav dhage residing in mira road. I choose to write this post to bring to your notice about an unfortunate event that happened with a manager representing #videocon. I had purchased a tv set as well as dth services from #videocon. My tv set has not been operational for the past few days so i choose to speak with someone concerned for the same. I spoke with mr. Ravi yadav the manager handling after sales service. Mr yadav was not at all professional on the call and did not give any clarification of the doubts that occurred to me when i spoke with an engineer assigned to fix my issue. The engineer informed me about the service charges amounting to 1300 rs which i was ready to pay but i was not okay that i would have to wait for 8-10 days to get it fixed. So i asked if could speak with someone of authority for clarification thats when mr yadav was brought on call. Mr yadav was not ready to give me any clarification, always interrupted me abruptly, avoided all the questions i had for me... Mind you he did all this in the most unprofessional and rude manner. He in fact also added that if i don’t want to adhere to this then i can cut the call and he did the same. I have always banked on #videocon for being one of the most reputed brands in electronics and tele communication sector. This kind of behaviour was uncalled for. I hope this message reaches to the people handling such issues and also request a timely solution to my problem. I would want to restore my faith on #videocon ; i hope you leave no stone unturned.

Service guy came 1100 rs he took for visit by saying in extended warranty only part is covered and now he ordered power board. When i am following up he says company is in loss..
