Hi sir this is murthi d2h id# is 99752164. I extremely got stress and i loss my patient towards your service. I called your customer care to remove the 2 add on pakage but still now i didnt resolve. For one week i hardly spent 3 to 4 hours to get this issue resolve.. I tried through web portal for nearlt 100 times but i cant.. So i called to your customer care but they didnt responce me well. They irritate and make me anger and they cut my call while speaking which make me extremely anger.. I realy dont know where i got resolve my issue.. They treat me like a mad and they didnt resolve the issue and they transfer the call and disconnect the call while speaking and they making fun of me.. The tl are the irreapective persons in your services... I have said only 10% of what my pain due to lack of english problem if you call me i will say even better more.. I dont know wheather yoy are capable to resolve this if yoy have curtacy and humanity please respond...
