Customer service is not taking the call and the queries are not answered. I want to temporarily deactivate my account[protected] customer id. But customer service said it is not possible and put the call on hold. When i tried to call back again the call is not being answered by customer service. This is the worst customer service ever seen. When we don't recharge for few months and again want the connection back, it is again a long process. There is no flexibility. We regret using this dth connection

    Hi

    On 4th of march i have recharge videocon d2h account[protected]
    Still plan is not activated it's been 4days, also i contacted your executive he said we received amount kindly give as 20 min time plan will get activated it's more than 48hours there is no updates yes, i'm fed up with calling customer service to refresh my account.
    Kindly look in to this matter and do the needful.

      Videocon d2h package is 224/month, i follow the procedure of selection of channels and selected channels i required, but before 2-3 days 1by1 channels are missing, displayed channels are not part in your subscription. So that please provide all information about select packages and channels, i am worry about it, do the needful on priority basis.

        I have lost my rtn, so i am not able to create my account in 'videocon infinity'. I also tried to contact on [protected]@d2h.com regarding iasue but still there is no reply.

        I have also changed my number but didn't registered in the company. Please try to change my rtn.

        I can't register myself on web portal because i can't get otp

        Change my rtn.
        Resolve this issues as soon as possible otherwise i will have to change my operator.

            I am unable to login to app. I have registered telephone number but it showing not registered. But I receive call from promotion d2h. When extract my information from app it says registered. Really feeling irritated about the procedure. It's pathetic app and worst maintenance. World's most useless customer care.

              Hi,

              I have videocon service subscription and online d2h account to access it through d2h website.

              However, i didn't access my videocon account for more than a year now since channel traffic is changed i tried to log in to the system using my password to change my package but it didn't work.

              I still have the access to my mail address which i created the account, customer id and know the registered number (However i don't have access to the number since phone provides canceled my account due to inactivity).

              I tried to use forgot the password to send password reset mail to my registered email but looks like the current system is asking for the phone number. You can password reset to my registered email and i will have ability to respond through email.

              I also tried creating a new account but it says that account and email id already exists on the system.

              Here are some details:

                I have selected Mera Waala plan and updated the channel list in the month of February but during my recharge date, i am not able to see any channels what i have opted before, when i contacted the engineer, he said you cant change the channel list now, you can change it in the next month and asked me to pay recharge amount of 380/- which includes hindi, telugu and oriya channels. But unfortunately i am not able see any of the telugu channel for the whole month and the channel was shaking for a while and giving a error message like signal has lost. when i contacted the engineer regarding the same, the response was pathetic. He didn't solve that, they dragged the issue for one whole month. In the next month i.e., March, I have opted some of the telugu, hindi and oriya channels of my own preference and paid the recharge amount of 302/- and now too the problem persists, i am not able to watch the telugu channels what i have opted for. I am paying for the channels for what i am not able to watch, if i contacted the engineer, he is also helpless to me with that situation and the customer care numbers also, what they have provided on their website will not work for many of the times.
                I am waiting for the due date, so that i can broke the business relation with this irresponsible, pathetic service provider and opt for any other better DTH provider in the market.

                    Costomer id 3892316 satellite dvd get failure on 20.02.2019, recharged 300 rs. On 16.02.2019, auth. Service engineer suggest to replace the satellite dvd. Then he told today itself only you have to change with one montr subscription free, other wise you will be charged extra cost. I change & purchase new satellite box with new customer id[protected] with free one month free subscription but only work 8-10 days. How can i complaint for it. I contact with videocon d2h nashik office, for correspondence i check my registered mobile no is also wrong feeded. How can i contact with you. Also my old customer id 3892316 recharge amount get lapse, i want to change correct rtn on new customer id[protected],

                      My old plan was north super gold. And the limit for existing scheme was extended up to 31 march and validity for old plan was up to march 22 which i recharged in the month of feb '19 so as to decide at the next recharge. But i found suddenly my plan migrated to new one which is not including my most favourite ones e. G. Jinvani. Zee tv, star bharat and so on. Either shift me to old plan or allow these aforesaid channels. For further recharge i have already sent mera wala plan.

                        d2h recharge problem and change of rtn no.

                        I have recharged my connection ID[protected] yesterday but it is still showing its not been recharged yet. And my old rtn no. Is been deactivated so please register my new no. [protected] as my new rtn no. Customer name: Rafiza Jahan Hyder. No proper complain numbers available. Ones listed on site are just to harass customer more. None of them work. Thoes numbers are fake just as a front so that they can show they have a customer care number...

                          I am getting error code e30-4 validation smart card. Service provide by videcon d2h is very poor. I will suggest the people never buy videcon d2h. After sell their customer service is very poor. I hate videcon d2h.

                              My videocon connection was disconnected due to complaint of my t v for last two months. I recharged rs. 242 on monday (04.03.2019) and paid rs. 20 for reconnection charge after tv repairing. But my connection did not activated even after 3 days.                                     We are not get channels from feb 14 to till dis date. I called customer daily from that day but they dont respond now they are not recieving calls too. If they left call they suppose to say we will rectify your problem. Again they do same. Some times they hold my call 35 minutes. They say we send technician but not. Please resolve our channels. They put new set up box at 14 feb. On that i gave him 850.
