I have selected Mera Waala plan and updated the channel list in the month of February but during my recharge date, i am not able to see any channels what i have opted before, when i contacted the engineer, he said you cant change the channel list now, you can change it in the next month and asked me to pay recharge amount of 380/- which includes hindi, telugu and oriya channels. But unfortunately i am not able see any of the telugu channel for the whole month and the channel was shaking for a while and giving a error message like signal has lost. when i contacted the engineer regarding the same, the response was pathetic. He didn't solve that, they dragged the issue for one whole month. In the next month i.e., March, I have opted some of the telugu, hindi and oriya channels of my own preference and paid the recharge amount of 302/- and now too the problem persists, i am not able to watch the telugu channels what i have opted for. I am paying for the channels for what i am not able to watch, if i contacted the engineer, he is also helpless to me with that situation and the customer care numbers also, what they have provided on their website will not work for many of the times.
I am waiting for the due date, so that i can broke the business relation with this irresponsible, pathetic service provider and opt for any other better DTH provider in the market.
