[Resolved] Videocon Industries — d2h otp issue after changing mobile number

My customer id is[protected], due to new trai rule all my channels stopped and i need to make new choice of pack which i am unable to do so. As i forgot my login password and not able to recieve otp on rtn [protected]. Tried to contact customer care but very bed behaviour. They either transffer or put on hold and straight away says we can not do anything i also dropped email but no response Please help here get my pack changed or otp or password reset else i will have to change the service provider and Was this information helpful?
