[Resolved] Videocon Industries — D2h recharge issues | |||||
I'm trying to recharge the vediocon d2h but failed again and again with amount deducted more than once without any intimation. This is becoming habitual. Service is becoming worst day by day.. Moreover they start calling, intimating by all means to recharge 5-10 days prior expiry date. The calls are so frequent like harassment and if one need to recharge, their site not worked properly and amount deducted many time for one recharge. And no intimation of recharge success or failure. So forcefully cancelled the operation after so many deduction. Was this information helpful? | |||||
