[Resolved] Videocon Industries — D2h Set of box not working Showing message "Scanning Satellite ST2" | |||
My D2H ID:[protected], From Last 3-4 days my D2H is not working it showing message "Scanning Satellite ST2". Regarding it i have called to customer care but not get satisfactory response from customer care & telling for Chargeable visit & this issue can be solved by customer care by using networking software, but they are dealing & forcing with service engg visit, Manager of the of was not attending the call avoiding the call but he was promting the telecaller executive Mr. Atul Shinde. its not at all suits to service industry. I need want videocon support or i will switch to Tata Sky sp revert back. Was this information helpful? | |||

Sorry I am struggling to recall how I fixed it, but definitely it was something which I found by googling.
Videocon customer care has useless bunch of people, they asked me to pay and replace the receiver. They have zero technical knowledge
