There is enough balance in my account but still it's showing E18-4 error. "E18-4 Services not available currently due to technical reasons, will be made available" on all the channels. I Tried calling customer service but no solution. Problem has been since 4 days. No channel is working. Please solve my issue as soon as possible. Videocom d2h helpline is the worst. No help given. Please repair my television

I'm using Videocon since 2015...but I'm showing a error for 3 or 4 days that...there is a technical problem...sometimes it fixed on its own...but this time it can not be fixed...please specify the problem..

I want to change my RTN number. Old RTN number was missed anywhere. So for online service i want to change that old RTN number. Customer id[protected], new RTN NO. [protected]

E18-4 error. Channels not working . Recharge done already. I check with d2h app.. Everything update. But seen the chennel I'll try your customer care. Not answer. I want action..
