[Resolved]  Videocon Industries — in my videocon d2h box error "smart card not paired with box "

I am having trouble with my Videocon D2H box like "c14 :smart card not paired with box" and i called customer care they said they are processing something from there end and nothing happened, than they told me that Technician need to visit and charge 200 rupees. If they repeatedly do same thing with other customers like me, it's a big benefit for Videocon and every Indian who has Videocon they has to pay the amount and think how much amount will they earn. Please help us to stop such thing. My customer ID[protected].

Videocon has provided a refund of 200 as they charged 50 rupees for fixing this smart card not paired with box problem. As i got to know there was no problem at all. They just disable the connection and taking money from customer for Visiting Technician and Technician did nothing. As a resolution of this problem, just reset the seating on your D2H remote, default password should be 0000 if you have not changed it. And than call customer to refresh your account and wait for some time. Will be resolved. Make sure you keep box and TV switched on all the time.
Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Today July 30th, 2020 - Videocon Customer care no.[protected] They are very rude and after calling them many times they are giving only one answer that I need to register the complaint after which they will send technician and i have to pay Rs. 200/- for this small issue c14 :smart card not paired with box" which is coming just because they have deactivated my account (ID[protected].

If Videocon is doing this with customers then the only option is that we should choose some other reliable service available in the market. They are cheating people like this.

Please see if someone here can help me with this situation.

Today August 22, 2020 - I called Videocon Customer care no. [protected] regarding the less validity received on my Customer ID no. 47603743.

My Customer ID is 47603743 and I have taken a package of Rs. 383 per month and if I have recharged on 30th July, 2020 how I am getting a validity of only 23 days instead of one month. I called D2H Customer Care number [protected] and they are just not helpful at all. Every time they have some or the other issues either it is Covid-19 or it is technical fault etc. etc. I am really fed up with this videocon and want some help in this regard.
