Yesterday we called to enquire about cost for activation of the services with hd channels, the same was informed as 823 with 1 add on channels i. E. D2h movies and taxes. Operator asked us that 2 connection is showing in the system, we told to go with the current one which is active and accordingly done recharge of 725 rupees for hd combo pack. After 10 minutes we called connection is still not operative, they informed to wait for 10 minutes things will work get resolved.

Again after 15 min we reported the the same to to customer care and have spoked to the senior too of mr. Shyam singh or sharma about the issue, he informed that he is arranging the engineers visit to resolve the problems with cost to us for 200 rupees as the problemcould not be resolved online. I explained him the whole scenario but there was not justified reason known to us.

After waiting for half day today, we called up customer care for cross checking on problem, they informed us nothing is recorded in system and she will place a fresh complaint today along with site engineer visit on priority to resolve the issue. I was surprised that why the same was not done yesterday even after escalating the issue.

My complaint registered today with ref no. 68631002. Accordingly engineers has visited and informed us that the recharge is been done on the alternative i'd which closed and not working. There is nothing can be done and i need to again do the recharge for rupees 825 with new i'd for activation of the services.

This bring us to the conclusion that the services of the operator is detroited continuously from past 2 years and this is not first time incident has happened with us. We have already closed down multiple connections in our house and now this was last one call for the same action.

Call center team with less and lack of experience cannot help the customer with right feedback. Even the engineers visiting our house are rude to answer our queries.

We simply ask them the mistakes of recharging wrong i'd was not inform to us nor corrected by the service team, they only inform to recharge last active i'd which was known to us. Change of setup box also changes our cust is only come to our attention now. If we had called 5 times and our query is still not resolved then who is responsible for the mistake. We bare the cost of pathetic service not twice but 3rd time now.

I asked the engineers to change recharge balance with active cust i'd account they simply refused and walked away with out solving the problem.

We are not at all tolerate this mistake and request you to kindly refund our payment for both box and recharge amount for rs. 3500 approximately amount, back to our account and closed down our connection permanently.

Even bank do refund of credit in incorrect account or credit the same in correct account if the problem is known to them, then why not d2h service provider do the same. Where this suspense account income is going if not refunded to customers account.

Just imagine so many people have made a this silly mistake and their is been theft by the company without any accountability to any one as all dont have time to take to concern ear of government department. But i will not remain quiet & need answer on the same.

    Reg no-[protected] and got a money back certificate o[censored]niversal digital connect limited for rs. 10000/- to be paid after 6 yr 11 months after,
    I have tried to contact universal digital connect ltd. Over the numbe given on the certificate but could contact them

    Kindly advice me where to contact for redeemption

      Despite so many follow up, and 3-4 visit of executive and after changing the product the issue of getting picture stopage is not resolved.
      I requested the customer care to send the executive & get back there d2h product, this also not done yet.
      We are totally unsatisfied with the v2h service.

        I had purchased my videocon tv from vijay sales on 12/07/2015 with 5 year warranty.
        I am complained so many time to videocon company and vijay sales at kharghar location in navi mumbai, maharastra, but nobody have any answer to resolved the display issue when i ask to vijay sale to what happen of my complain they always closed my complained and replayed to videocon have no parts for your tv and ask to go purchase new tv from his showroom and told me to forget your old under warranty tv, so i am requesting you to replace my no display tv.

        This job no. Tha[protected] given by videocon technician's who has checked tv at my home with service charge rs.350.

        Requesting you to ask videoconto replace my tv asap.

          I temperory discount my d2h for 12 days.
          But after resuming service there is no signal msg at tv screen.
          And after talking with customer care they said to me pay technical visit fee for solv problem.
          How can it possible i pay extra mony at which service i don't used.
          Really it's bust service from videocone.in airtel at my uncles house they came and resolve problem without any extra charge.

            in my videocon d2h box error "smart card not paired with box "

            I am having trouble with my Videocon D2H box like "c14 :smart card not paired with box" and i called customer care they said they are processing something from there end and nothing happened, than they told me that Technician need to visit and charge 200 rupees. If they repeatedly do same thing with other customers like me, it's a big benefit for Videocon and every Indian who has Videocon they has to pay the amount and think how much amount...

                I have a Videocon 50 inch tv. It’s display is not working, but it’s still in warranty.
                It’s been more than 15 days that we have complained to the customer care. The technician has visited and has even taken half the visit fee.
                Now, the assigned dealer for this complaint is not receiving the call. And got to know from 2-3 dealers that Videocon company is no more and won’t be repaired.

                Need a clarity over this issue, whether the tv would be repaired or no.

                  I was buy videocon tv 2016 and its now 1.5 years still waiting for service because not working from 1.5 years they told me parts not available so i am confused is that my fault parts not available i heard maximum company replace the tv if parts not available but why not videocon are they waiting for expire warrenty please suggest me where i can file the case with conpansation everyday 10, 000 rupees i have genuine reason i can explain in court and i have every voice record from 1.5 years what they are telling i really want to punished to videocon manufacturer

                      The issue that i have experienced was: i am already 6 years of dth customer to vediocond2h recently i have setup box problem and they said to replace setup and registered my complaint on 16th-oct-2019 and they said within few days we will replace setup box but still they are not at all responding and my complaint number is[protected] this my first complaint number every time i called they will register new complaint and i will have like 3 complaint numbers one of the complaint will be added. Other complaint numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and even i have registered online and they gave donet number with this i am also attached that and even i have audio recorded file kindly help me.

                      It occurred on: 16/10/2019

                      Yes other wise i want my refund for setup box as well as i am recharged my account for advance 3 months i want both refunds.

                      I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                        I am complaining this because i am getting rid of getting calls from Videocon D2H customer care persons for doing recharge, today my recharge validity is over, so they are calling me again and again for this, i already telling them that i will recharge soon and request for don't call me repeatedly that's annoying me. I have also other works to do. My Videocon D2H id is[protected] and Name is Manoj Singh. I request to TRAI to note this my issue and do further action. Thanks

                            Its unbearable for receiving by videocon d2h telecallers for about videocon d2h offers. Even i told that not interested about your promotional offers, yet to the videocon d2h telecallers said that just listen the offers. It's irritating and disturbing my valuable time. And i am completely unhealthy environment by this videocon d2h callers. So i beg you to please take necessary action on them and videocon d2h company too. Thanking you!

                              Kindly find the attached receipt of repair the sound issue. But now again my display is not working.
                              If i called in vijay sals at kharghare to the representative he and she told me to replace under warranty tv and asking me to pay 25000. They told me to not able the repair the under warranty tv.
                              So i am requesting you to ask to replace my problematic tv in under warranty with new one from videocon industries.
                              I have a sound recording of same but not able to upload the same.
                              I am again my heartly request you to change my tv with new one.

                                I am again complaining against videocon d2h services.2 days go i had made a complaint that signal are not coming they within 24 hours an engineer will visit but till now noone visited. Trai get number of complaints against them every month but why they are not taking any legal action against them is trai corrupted?                                   I purchased an ac last year, 2 weeks before my wedding, when i switched on the ac, there was a water leakage. I complaint for the services, they came after a month and promised to return 2 days after with proper equipments for the service. But never heard from them after that. Again i registered complaint, they came after a week and surprisingly breaking my ac. They apologized and promised to repair it as soon as possible. Again they never came. After months of calling and calling, they came twice saying the company has been shutting down and they were very rude. It's been nearly a year since i brought the ac for rs.31000.

                                    My customer id is[protected]. I requested for service as my dth was showing no signal on 13th october 2019 by calling customer care. The engineer came next day. He inspected the dish and told it's damaged so need to replace with a new one. I asked him to repair the existing one but he outrightly denied. So i asked him to replace with a new one as i had no other option. After installing the new dish he took 750 rs from me. When i asked for bill he told they don't provide bill. I called the customer care they also told company don't provide the bill. When i asked the reason they can't gave me any specific reason. Why they are not providing bills as i am paying for the service. Is there a different rule for dth service providers? Can you please take action against such misconduct.

                                      Hi sir/madam

                                      My name is "naresh chandra verma" and i have raised the complaint regarding my videocon smart tv on "02-september-2019".

                                      Below are the details of my complain :-

                                      Registered no. :- [protected]

                                      There is nothing coming on to the screen of my tv now. My tv is under warranty so it should be repaired or replaced.

                                      There was a technician (Mahindra) from vasundhra (Ghaziabad (U. P) had visited on "3rd-september-2019" and he told that "tv screen" need to be replaced.

                                      He raised the job sheet and received rs. 500 from us. He assured to raised the request for the part into the company.

                                      When i called to customer care after 5 days they informed me that, the request for the part change has been created and approved on "05-september-2019".
                                      And the customer care assured to replace the part as soon as possible.

                                      Then again i called to customer care after 1 week and they confirmed that request has been approved and within a week part will be replaced.

                                      However part is still pending to replace.
                                      Even when i asked them for giving me estimated time and date, they don't have any answer of this except saying "it will resolved shortly and will inform you through message or call".

                                      I also asked them to connect me with their senior / floor manager and even they also gave me same reply. Seniors also doing the same thing, giving the customers false assurance of service.

                                      It's really surprising and disappointing/ unacceptable answer they are giving to me. I was expecting something good from your company since its an old company in india and had a good repo in market.

                                      After multiple followups my complaint neither resolved nor getting any satisfactory answer from your customer care executive/ floor manager and escalation team hence writing this email in hope that some immediate and serious action taken in this regard.

                                      Now i have below things on which i want your kind attention and prompt action.

                                      1. Please get that default part replace at the earliest.

                                      2. If the part is not available in the warehouse or will take much time, kindly replace my tv set.

                                      3. Take some strict actions against your customer care executive/ floor manager/ escalation team as they don't have information about sla/tat and escalation matrix.

                                      I would say that in this competitive market post sales service are most important to sustain/survive and grow in this era. If we forget that, we would lost/down from market.

                                      This is an old company in india and had a good reputation in market from past years. But if you are ignoring your customers like this then its a bad mistake and as of now i will not purchase any videocon product in future.

                                      I am ending here with hope of quick and effective effective resolution in regard to this escalation email.

                                      Please resolve the issue. I have been posting on many sites. Its very disgusting in terms of service from a leading company like Videocon. Totally Shame.
