Yesterday we called to enquire about cost for activation of the services with hd channels, the same was informed as 823 with 1 add on channels i. E. D2h movies and taxes. Operator asked us that 2 connection is showing in the system, we told to go with the current one which is active and accordingly done recharge of 725 rupees for hd combo pack. After 10 minutes we called connection is still not operative, they informed to wait for 10 minutes things will work get resolved.
Again after 15 min we reported the the same to to customer care and have spoked to the senior too of mr. Shyam singh or sharma about the issue, he informed that he is arranging the engineers visit to resolve the problems with cost to us for 200 rupees as the problemcould not be resolved online. I explained him the whole scenario but there was not justified reason known to us.
After waiting for half day today, we called up customer care for cross checking on problem, they informed us nothing is recorded in system and she will place a fresh complaint today along with site engineer visit on priority to resolve the issue. I was surprised that why the same was not done yesterday even after escalating the issue.
My complaint registered today with ref no. 68631002. Accordingly engineers has visited and informed us that the recharge is been done on the alternative i'd which closed and not working. There is nothing can be done and i need to again do the recharge for rupees 825 with new i'd for activation of the services.
This bring us to the conclusion that the services of the operator is detroited continuously from past 2 years and this is not first time incident has happened with us. We have already closed down multiple connections in our house and now this was last one call for the same action.
Call center team with less and lack of experience cannot help the customer with right feedback. Even the engineers visiting our house are rude to answer our queries.
We simply ask them the mistakes of recharging wrong i'd was not inform to us nor corrected by the service team, they only inform to recharge last active i'd which was known to us. Change of setup box also changes our cust is only come to our attention now. If we had called 5 times and our query is still not resolved then who is responsible for the mistake. We bare the cost of pathetic service not twice but 3rd time now.
I asked the engineers to change recharge balance with active cust i'd account they simply refused and walked away with out solving the problem.
We are not at all tolerate this mistake and request you to kindly refund our payment for both box and recharge amount for rs. 3500 approximately amount, back to our account and closed down our connection permanently.
Even bank do refund of credit in incorrect account or credit the same in correct account if the problem is known to them, then why not d2h service provider do the same. Where this suspense account income is going if not refunded to customers account.
Just imagine so many people have made a this silly mistake and their is been theft by the company without any accountability to any one as all dont have time to take to concern ear of government department. But i will not remain quiet & need answer on the same.
