While trying to login VideoconD2h my account login is not working as excepted, the webpage is saying OTP send to registered mobile number to login to my account but we are not receiving any OTP, so we are unable to login to the system. I am trying since trai new rule enforced but not getting any success . I have contacted customer care several times but they are not solving the issue, just keep on asking to try after 30 mins, I am not able to view any paid channel and money is keep on getting deducted but, am not getting the service from D2H, this needs to be addressed as soon as possible.
