Videocon Industries — unable to login to my videocon d2h account

Hi,

I tried logging into my account.
1. By using rtn and otp. I am getting otp on my rtn [protected] but am unable to login.
2. By email address: i do not remember my password, so used forgot password and entered my customer id[protected]. I get a message on the screen stating that password has been reset and has been sent to my rtn, but i am not receiving the password. Even though i get otp in the step 1 above.

I am unable to recharge my account. Please help me. From past three days i am trying the customer service not one time the call got through. I have alose sent an email to [protected]@d2h.com
