My services barred without any reason, and also i have rechage my d2h (Customer id :[protected] services but its not resume, even after repeated complaints lodging videcon is not providing services as promised. The complaint id[protected]. I am highly disappointed with the way your customer care executives takes care of the issues lodged.. If this is the service you provide, i would definitely discourage any of my friends /colleagues to take up videocon connection.
Can anybody guide me which authority i should approach?
My experience with videocon d2h is not satisfactory.
Last time i talk to ms usha rani sr. Superviour she talk to me very rudely

Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

    As per new guidelines i am trying to contact the call centre of d2h service provider videocon since last two weeks on customer care numbers, but nobody is picking the phone and website and app also not working.
    Now i am totally fed up that do not know the way to contact my service provide. So you are requested to please look into the matter and do the needful.

      unable to login to my videocon d2h account

      Hi,

      I tried logging into my account.
      1. By using rtn and otp. I am getting otp on my rtn [protected] but am unable to login.
      2. By email address: i do not remember my password, so used forgot password and entered my customer id[protected]. I get a message on the screen stating that password has been reset and has been sent to my rtn, but i am not receiving the password. Even though i get otp in the step 1 above.br...

      I called many times to d2h customer care to make my pack.
      They always say sorry there is software problem.
      I cant arrange my pack either by remote on channel no 997.
      Or by d2h infinity app.
      Or by their site.
      I tried 30+ times since december.
      Is this so much difficult software or is it a ordinance. What i do.

        Videocon d2h has wrongly update my account and consum my all amount and stopped my all channels and ask me to recharge account. Doing fraud and cheat me my plan is RS.429/- and update my account by plan of RS.908/-. Now they ask me to do recharge because my balance is zero due to they wrongly update higher plan of rs.908/- instead of actual plan of rs.429/-.
        I had recharged My account by rs.429/- after confirmation of d2h customer care. They confirmed on 2nd February 2019 at @23:00 by telephoning and after that I recharged my account of rs.429/-. Around 30+ calls done by me to D2h about updation of my plan which they have to update on 2nd feb19 itself. Still today they didn't update my account as per my pack. D2h account id: 10183675

            Because of your outage approx 2 week before my channels got switched off and you migrated my services to unknown services which i am not aware of.
            While i am trying to migrate services by choosing packages your page throwing error as we are not able to migrate package due to technical error please migrate my channel asap as i am not able to see channels since 15 days i tried many time to reach your customer care but they are not able to resolve the issues.
            Many of my channels getting error e16-4 because of your outage.
            Please resolve the issues else will switch to another network operator.

            For now mera wala plan is not working i think . They are still about to adhere to TRAI rule. I have tried many times but did not work. through website it does not work at all due to technical error.. Try their suggested Combo packages through D2h Infinity app only and submit it. after that tap on the refresh button. It will work immediately !

              I have been frustrated with d2h service since 3 months. Their customer care service number is useless first of all. It does not get connected easily. I faced issues related to installation first then tv channels not working after reacharge of 5000 rs and now set top box does not show any power connection. Trying since morning today but their customer service desk i thinks sleeps all day. Pathetic service & i regret about my recharge.

                I have been trying to call videocon d2h for last one week on their customer care, mails, messages and there has been absolutely no response and at the same time i have been charged for all these days when there was no service. With great difficulty i could get in touch with customer care number and had to go through horrible experience. I explained my problem to almost 10 executives and while registering the complaint the call gets disconnected, you again call and explain the same problem and again the same gets repeated. The executives are ill trained as one guy by name sai has advised me to go to an e-seva center to get the channells registered as per new trai regulations, when i asked him how is it linked he told me that the same problem is faced by everyone and all did the same. What kind of # are these guys who doesnt even know the ground level basics.
                Today moring one of the engineer called me and asked me to press green button, 0, 5 and mute in that sequence and the services got resumed, the same instructions were give the previous day and it didnt work for me as advised by one of the service executive. It all looks like a scam to mint money from innocent customers. I was charged rs.200 for this without the engineer visiting me. What nonsense is this? Request the concered people to have this sorted else d2h would be asking for trouble.

                    I recharged my d2h using net banking amount was 506 and the transaction was successful ref no is igafkxjdef and the money went to bharat business channel but my balance is 0 (After one day) the amount never came my customer id is[protected] i contacted the customer care number but for like 10 to 20 times i got all routes are busy after so many attempt i finally got to talk with them but unfortunately it wasn't a help. This has never happened to me i don't know why this time only but i hope they can eventually solve this

                      Account got disconnected without information. Selection of channels were not offered to me as per trai rules, even after the new recharge, for last 24 hors i can't access my tv. When i called helpdesk, they don't pick up. I waited for 3 hours. No one picked up. Called over 10 times. Mailed helpdesk. No one replied. Only d2h people have timeline? We don't have value of time i guess.. Absolutely pathetic service and annoying. [protected] says, "we have informed to activate, it will be done shortly". And then nothing happens. Tv has stayed like a dumb box from long time thanks to d2h. This is a sheer harassment.

                          My customer id is[protected]. From today morning (16th feb 2019) i am continuously getting error "e04-4: card not inserted properly" on screen.
                          Which i never seen before and my d2h box doesn't contain any card. So why this issue is appears on my screen. From yesterday morning i was trying to contact customer care number but it's continuously busy and if call is connected no one picking a call saying all executives are busy.
                          I it videocon d2h strategy to buy their new products (Setup box)?
                          I would like to know reason behind this asap. My 2days are already lost and are you going to give me extra one day service about 2days lost?

                          I have already recharged my account till apr 19 and hence they are taking advantage of the situation and not adhering to the solution.

                          I am really frustrated and really thinking to have some other service providers.

                            This is arun. Using videcon d2h for almost 3 years.
                            For the first time i'm facing the issue of not able to view channels even after recharge. Issue is mainly for the paid channels. It's more than 3 days i'm trying to connect customer care but got tired of failed calls and not been able to talk to customer care executive.

                            I don't understand why this is happening? If some customer doesn't recharge you guys keep calling us but why the same is not happening when we're not able to view channels.

                            Need an immediate solution to the problem that i'm facing..

                            It’s been 6 days since i have written the above email and no response. What sort of customer care is this? I don’t understand.

                            The problems i’m facing:-
                            1. Have recharged for 1000/- on feb 8th and i’m not able view any channel after selecting the channels as per trai. But the money is getting deducted on every day for the past 8 days. Not able to view channels which is in my existing pack as well!!
                            2. Tried 3 times, 1 time in the app, 2 times in the website to select the channels as per trai and every time it threw me ‘ migration didn’t happen because of technical issue’
                            3. Got connected to the customer care only 3 times with the multiple calls i made in last 1 week.
                            4. Customer care executive says he will not be able to waive off the money for the past 8 days for which i’m not able to view the channel.
                            5. Customer care executive also said he will not be able to take ‘dis connection’ request. I don’t know why the hell?

                            I need the videocon technician to come my home and take the set top box and go!! I dont need your servicd anymore. I dont need the money back which is in my account.
                            Just take the set top box.

                                S per trai new regulations consumer needs to pay a basic ncf of rs 130 for 100 channels comprising of 25 mandatory dd channels and rest of 75 channels can be selected from fta channels or pay channels. And consumer is free to select these 75 channels. But when i tried to make my own pack on d2h website, my cart already had 100 channels which i can't delete. And on selecting bst for deletion of channels it showed 187 channels and that too with * mark, which can not be deleted. I contacted customer care and they say the policy has changed and i have no freedom at all to choose these 187. Hence, i am foced to pay ncf for 100 + channels which is not as per trai regulations.
                                Kindly resolve this issue

                                  Have been trying to contact videocon d2h through call, email and their website. But they are not responding me. Their website is not working hence my screen is blacked due uncompleted channel selection for new pack and that are not inform me regarding stoping services.
                                  I am not able to see my channels. Please solve the problem. I am not able to submit the final selection, it gives an error that please contact to customer support.
                                  Also custormer executive is not answering properly.

                                    I had called at videocon d2h customer services several times but all they said is we're facing a problem please contact after half hour. I tried after half hour. Still they responded same, then i call them after 2-3 days still same words. I have subscribed a channel name 9xo but the channel isn't showing on tv and i want to add new channel as said by trai but their phone lines are always busy its been 2 months now they aren't solving any of my complaint. I don't want to say but i have to videocon d2h is making us fool and their services are poor

                                      Videocon d2h dth provider has not allowing to migrate pacakges throgh website and i tried a lot to migrate but not migrated. And they charged unbelivable amount from recharge money.
                                      Tiil yesterday evening we were watching platinum hd pacakge which is old plan, suddenly certain channels disappeared, i contacted customer care they said we can not change plan on telephone. I have tried many a time. But response is attached, and today 16th feb i have come to know they have activated plan of rs 2000 plus per month and accordingly they have deducted my money i required to refund excess money deducted.
