Videocon Industries — videocon d2h not working and website is also down.

I am not able to view any channels though i have recharged my montly pack last month on 23rd jan 2019 and showing insufficient balance in the d2h account. I am not able to connect to customer care via rtn even after entering correct cust id[protected].in addition to this i see the website is down and customer care number in not serviceable. I even write a mail to update my plan suggested by trai, but all of no use.
So i request please resume my service immediately and if required reach me out on my rtn. Thanks!
