Videocon Industries — videocon d2h tv services in bangalore

I have faced and registered number of issues with this videcon d2h.
There is no proper customer call center to support.
And people on support do not know how to resolve issues and they blindly disconnect calls.
Simply they keep charging by telling issues with set up box.
They have changed set up box, complete wiring of building and still the same scrap service.

Most of the time signal will off.

Please raise a serious complaint as multiple users are facing and getting cheated by this company

Last 3 days I continues putting complaint on videocon d2h costumer care, but till date no engineer visited my flat.Very bad response from Videocon d2h service.

People at customer care just restarted the service...

There is still no permanent solution..

And I was asking for escalation details to escalate the issue to higher level and customer agent did not had any details with him..

Very disappointed with the way they are handling the calls
People at customer care just restrted the service...

This is the third time set up box is stopped working and if this issue is repeating then it's ur responsiblity to provide new one as it's a production defect..

Every time why should consumer pay the amount??

What kind of service is this?

That is why I mean not ready to swap the stb
