I had recharged for 1 year with 3600 something rupees. The d2h service got stopped. Customer care asked me to buy a new box in which they will transfer the money.
Now they are refusing to give my 3400 plus rupees.
It is still in my old account. Because of the limitations in their services at different stages of transaction only, i, as a consumer is paying. Please help.

    videocon d2h tv services in bangalore

    I have faced and registered number of issues with this videcon d2h.
    There is no proper customer call center to support.
    And people on support do not know how to resolve issues and they blindly disconnect calls.
    Simply they keep charging by telling issues with set up box.
    They have changed set up box, complete wiring of building and still the same scrap service.

    Most of the time signal will off....

      Hi d2h customer care team

      Its been a great disappointment having subscribed to d2h services. I have been your customer for 2/3 year now and have two connections on consumer id 91810551. Now with disappointment i have to take actions for i am not being serviced or treated well.

      I have opted for the platinum package pay a good amount monthly... However every week i don’t have acess to animal planet/ national geographic/fyi etc are not a part of my package... I have to make minimum 15/20 calls to your cc and still no solution. Every time i call either your systems are down or it’s a package issue!!! Wow - will you extend my subscription for all these days you have not given me services???

      And just to highlight to u... Tata sky and cable network remain available and unaffected unlike d2h... Even if a cloud passes the sky’s d2h goes offfffffff... Amazing

      Now since this morning i hv been getting this error however you home channels are working... If the card is not inserted properly or damaged how can your home channel be telecasted.

      From the above i can understand that this is a money making trick you are playing with me and many more customers by either not giving us acess to the channels we have paid for or my just keeping my entire subscription off “card damaged”... I will now forcefully have to report this issue to the consumer court and being from the media industry will also have this matter escalated to all social networks and news papers with in my reach.

      I think i have given you enough time and chances to have helped me but regret you won’t help.

        We are an only customer of videocon d2h since 2011 and from last three months our system is not working. Every time we raised complain to the customer care team then their customer care team told us to recharge. From last three months we are not able to use the service and doing the recharge. After completing the recharge their customer care number is getting engaged.

          I have raised a complaint on 31st july'19 at 9.05am vide complaint no.[protected] to videocon d2h towards d2h not working but as on today nobody has visited my residence to resolve the issue. Every day i am following up with d2h customer care and surprise to see that new complaint is getting raised and tat for closing the complaint is 24hrs from the day of new complaint but still no response. I am fed up in following up with videocon d2h team hence raising complaint through consumer, also i have escalated this issu e to senior supervisor ms. Ushar rani and nodal officer on[protected] in hyderabad but no response. This kind of poor response i never expected from videocon d2h. If any one interested to resolve my complaint then they can reach me on [protected] before i escalate to further. Also, i have raised request for new remote on 27th july'19 which is unanswered as on today.

            Hello,
            Few of the marathi d2h channels giving "no signal" error when few are working flawlessly. Marathi channels are not working even after i took the marathi package exclusively.
            Customer care person said engineer will come to check. Charges will be 200rs.
            When i did recharge why do i pay 200 additional to improve their service quality? If the rest channels are working fine.

              Sir, i had bought a videocon refrigerator in kolkata in 2016. I m a public servant and i was transferred to another district (Malda) two months back. After shifting of my household items, i found that my refrigerator was not working. So i called videocons customer care. A technician visited my address and found that compressor of my refrigerator was not working. So a free replacement order was placed.... Now the fun starts from here... A guy named deepak who works with the service center and was looking after this called up after a month and said that the technician will visit today and fix my refrigerator. He kept doing this for back to back 3 days for this i was late in my office for 3 continous days. I thought there might be some problem so i was patient. But later it turned out that these people are pulling a joke. I called the videocon customer care again. The guy who picked up apologized and said my compressor has been delivered to service center and is showing in the system. Now the service center guy named deepak called me again and said my refrigerator will be fixed today anyhow. Even the customer care guy said the same. For this i skipped my office and waited for the technician.... As i said, all this was a joke, nobody appeared.... I lost my mind. I called the service center and expressed my anger to which he apologized and said the compressor belonged to someone else and not me but is showing in system as mine.... After all this drama i was so harassed that i cancelled the replacement from these jokers... But looks like they were not done harrasing me. I received a message and a call from videocon again that my order has been rescheduled. So again i called the customer care and said i m done with them and dont want them to fix my refrigerator. And i asked them to stop sending their # message of replacement. But they barely have any shame in them. Its been 2 months of this drama and they are still sending me messages that they are going to replace it.... What the heck is this... What kind of scam are these people running. They are just looting our hard earned money... Company and service center like this should be banned for their unethical works.

                Movies active package automatically added to the subscription without my approval. D2h has become a scam to get more money.

                Also, they offered recharge for 3 months and get 1 month free. However, within three months all balances wiped out.

                Create my own pack is scam and intentionally made non-user friendly. So that users will not opt of ala carte channel selection and opt for expensive packages.

                Also, this page shows "your request submitted". But channels not at all getting added.

                  My videocon d2h id is[protected].

                  Since i have moved to a new house in bangalore, i have requested to relocate my connection to new house.
                  It's been almost one month and still the connection is not relocated.
                  Every time i call customer service, they open a new ticket and tell it will be fixed in 24 hrs.
                  Or if i ask about the status of the old tickets they will tell they will transfer my call to their supervisor and put me on indefinite hold and they will wait for me to cut the call or they will disconnect the call from their end.
                  So far my experience with customer care is been very bad, every time i call i have to tell the same story from the beginning and they tell the same story of fixing it in 24 hours but its been one month and nothing is fixed.

                  Also i had recharged my connection for around 400 rs believing that they will transfer the connection immediately and i have lost that money also.

                      Hi, i had raised complaint lp[protected] on 30th june 2019.

                      Engineer attended the call and raised order to get the compressor replaced.

                      I called cc and got an update that on 3rd july the part was approved. After that i have been waiting to get further updates.

                      Customer care team only sends email to get this sorted on urgent basis but still no action has been taken.

                      I had also paid for 2 years amc which is valid until next year.

                      But this is very poor service.

                      Please help.

                        D2h customer care ne mughe cheat kiya hai. Mera ac update na hone ki vajah se mere tv per ye (E 16-4) error show kar raha tha.
                        Mere set top box mein koi problem nahi thi. Fir bhi mughse kaha gaya ki aap ke set up box mein problem hai. Engineer visit karni paregi uska charge lagega 200 rs. Aur mughse 200 rs charge kiya gaya.
                        This is not right. Account ko update karna company ka kaam hai. Humara nahi. Please refund my charges.

                          From videocon d2h side they can't resolve my problem. So many times i was complaining to replace my one hd setup box. His service engr. Told me that replacement box was not available. I was recharged the setup box but properly not seeing the channels. I was facing problem to see channels. Customer care also not responding my issues. I was placing complaint minimun 15 times for replacement.

                            My videocon hd stb doesnot work even after recharge. Only their home channel which displays advertisements is working. They have blocked even free to air channels. Customer care can only refresh the stb which foesnot help my platinum pack charges approx 30rs /day anf the account balance keeps on deducting even when they know the services are not working because of issue from d2h.

We were contacted to the[protected] so many times but still unresolved. Some times your team hold the lines for too long times, some time is automatically cut off. We already paid/recharge for enjoying the services but why we are not getting good quality services.

                                Called customer care many times. Every time i called gave assurance of sending engineer within 24 hours with complaint nos. Now i doubt that the call made to customer care is fake because they are not doing the job. I fail to understand why this has happened ehen i complained more than a month back.                                   My customer id is 35459784 i recharge my account on 18 jul 19 but i was not able to avail the services view my account was not activated by videocon for same i made multiple calls to videocon but they didn't activated my account and asked me to lodge complaint for engineer visit. Engineer visited my home on 20 jul 19 and mentioned that you are facing the problem because account is not activated. He spoke with someone and get my account activated for same rs 200 is deducted from my account.
                                  In the case there is no fault from my side if videocon is not activating my service post recharge also and placing charge on customer this is kind of fraud videocon doing with customer

                                    Videocon d2h is worst service provider in india.
                                    They are not even providing a single service after they have installed.
                                    I have made multiple complain against the connectivity but these complains have not resolved.
                                    Initially i have given a complain for a remote and they have not provided it after following with them for multiple times and i have purchased it from out side.
                                    Then some channel was not comming and i have given complain to them even after following with them for more than 2 weeks they have not sent any engineer to solve this issue.
                                    I am totally dissatisfied the service provided by the videocn d2h customer cares.
                                    I will suggest no body should take this videocon d2h connection.
                                    Please help if somebody know the higher management contact details of this company.
