Videocon — videocon led tv - automatic on/off, dark screen

Hi

I am using videocon led tv - vnb43q519sa which falls under warranty of three years.

From 1 month i am facing two issues
A) automatic on/off - reboots automatically multiple times
B) dark shades on the lower part of the screen

The videocon technician reinstalled the software 3 times for the on/off issue but the problem still exists. For dark screen also he has replaced back light and again the problem started within a week.

In a span of 1 month the videocon technician has taken 4k on the name of service charge and transport charge but both the problem keep on repeating.

Very much disappointed with the after sales service. Not sure what to do now.
