I am Kirti 12th pasd out student. I took admission in vidyamandir classes institute of janakpuri medical branch in[protected]yr course. I was unable to take the classes but had submitted the fees that time the manager Named Gopal sir of VMC told me to wrote an email for fees refund. But I didn't get any reply from that side. Also they aren't refunding our Fees. I want fees refund or want admission in dropper batch in already given fees without any extra charges, whatever is possible, refund or dropper.. Because my financial conditions are not that good to afford it again

Myself Alankar Gupta F/O Nitya Gupta Reg no 10P22001243 of VMC classes student of Class XII.VMC is charging fee from my ward for offline classes whereas classes are being conducted online. Not even a single offline class has been conducted by VMC. Till june 2021 I paid INR 171288.00 as fees for two year course. Now they called me for remaining fee, then I requested them to convert this course in online mode, Fee of online classes is much lower than what I am paying .I have paid more than double of online classes. But VMC people just stop all the links of classes from very next day, Is this justified? Is corona penidemic is only for VMC, not for parents or students ? This is a clear example of cheating and GUNDAGARDI of VMC. I request VMC to refund money to me immediately or convert the course in online mode.

I had done payment in June for neet crash course, they informed course will start from 1 st of July, but nobody is responding now, Please help my number is [protected]

Myself jaymohan rawat few 3 days ago i enrolled in IIT SAP but due to some reason i wanna withdraw my admission, i mail to [protected]@vidyamandir.com but i got no reply and due to lockdown i cannot visit to their office

My child has been enrolled VMC foundation this year. They have already taken full year fees after deducting so called discount. When the class started we found instructions are given in english hindi mix mode. For those non hindi background this is not acceptable. Also they are not
Conducting regular tests. Its a worst institute for foundation classes

I enrolled my daughter in Vidyamandir classes in Panipat branch. Mr. Amit Jha and Mr. Ankur made fake promises to me. They said they will provide online classes for class 9 and will start offline class in class 10. After paying 10 Thousand rupees as registration they didn't contact me. I asked them for id. But they send me another student's id. When i asked for my daughter's id, they said they will generate it. After a month i got my daughter's id. She took only 7-8 classes only and i complained for their method of teaching. We couldn't able to see recorded classes and couldn't download notes. They didn't take any action. Then i asked for refund. They promised again they will start offline classes very soon. Now i got a schedule in which they didn't mention it was for online or offline. They didn't provide me any address for offline classes as well. No orientation for us? I am keenly asking for refund. They refused me to visit their center also. Such irresponsible behaviour. They are totally fraud and scam!

It is a money making company and not an education institute. This VMC at sec 4 Noida is a team o[censored]nprofessional people who just want to lure students and ask to make the payment of token money to reserve the seat and if someone want to cancel it within few days, they are not willing to make any refund. I submit the token money of INR 11, 800/- for the next session of[protected]. However within a month I sent an email asking them to cancel my wards admission and process the refund of token money. Kindly note that no classes is started as of now and they have done nothing where they can say that they've invested anything on my ward except generating the receipt of payment. The entire staff named Shobhit, Manish and even Saurabh Kumar does not give any response to queries on refund and keep on delaying the subject by passing the subject to one another. It seems they make their salaries by doing such un ethical business and by extracting the money from people who came with a hope to get a best education platform for their wards. I strongly object and DO NOT recommend VMC Sec 4, Noida and would advise everyone to explore all other options instead of this business centre.

Not refunding the money which was enrolled for my daughter. When asked for refund, VMC people were toiling around with us for last 8 months. They were asking to email the information everytime we called them up. Now today One fine gentle man said the refund is not possible.

I mean really ???? hahaha...

when asked about what have been communicating to us for last 8 months from so called VMC executives, he simply said it was just a communication gap and he can't do nothing now.

WOW - such a great response from such so called well reputed classes company. I truly loved it - (Sarcasm intended)

At our one branch, durgapur we are using 9 postpaid sim of vodafoneidea, we are getting extra post paid bill among these sim one by one at all phone number,

I had joined VMC 2 and half months ago and taken 4-5 classes only. But after then according to their refund policy I demanded for refund and teacher who had given me admission said they will refund it and now after 3 months they told me that you will get no refund. And had submitted the first installment fees and want it back... please help me

1. Complaint against madam preet, of dwarka centre.in this regard my daughter ms saachi kandari's appeared for entrance test for class x coaching she was awarded around 60% rebate.

2. Mrs preet time and again informed me that the new batch for class x (Vmc) would commence wef 06 august 20 only.

3. However, on loging to the vmc classes, it showed that the classes have already commenced from 19 july 20. On approaching her in this aspect she re-confirmed to me that it is showing erroneously but the new batch will commence on 06 august only.

4. She has purposely communicated incorrect and false details to me. On 05 aug late evening we approached her, she again sounded she was not clear neither did she include my daughter in the watsapp group. I will not like to continue the classes for my ward, where the employees give false information.

5. The entire ammount be refunded back to me.

6. It is very unprofessional on vmc part to communicate false and incorrect details. Why are parents are being given wrong and misleading information for enrolling? Please refer mrs preet mail in this respect. Her contact details is +[protected]. She should be terminated of her services. My daughter whole year will be wasted now. We are serving the nation in forward areas and your employees are duping us. We are distressed.

I applied for cancellation of my admission of 2 months crash course which costs rupees 1180 they are not withdrawing my admission and they are saying the amount will not be refunded but why every institution refund the money whether it is small or big i applied cancellation the day after admission not delay so why they are not refunding so please cancel my admission and refund my money please i request you.

As I came to know through my ward studying at your institute, you are providing 30-40% content of our course on YOUTUBE FREE OF COST i.e. LIVE QUIZZES, MARATHON SERIES, REVISION SESSIONS, IMPORTANT WEBINARS, COUNSELLING SESSIONS etc.
We as parents who are working hard to pay heavy fees for your institute are feeling CHEATED and very disappointed by your actions recently.
It's not fair to those students who bought your courses.
As per your reputation kindly stop publicizing our study material or reduce the total fee ..
PLEASE BE FAIR.
Please address the issue as soon as possible.

National Admission Test website not opening at all. Registration fee is paid in advance. Please advice

I am student of vidyamandir classes, ambala. I am facing a big issue because of very poor respone from staff.
Firstly when class 12 batch started the timmings were 2 days in evening and 1 day in morning but me nd 3 more students wanted it that rather than 2 days eveing and 1 moring we want that dont go with 3 day morning but atleast keep 2 day morning and 1 day evening and we have a valid reasong for this and but 2 students 1 boy and 1 girl have very good relations with all teachers and they have prob that we cant study in evening so classes should be in evening so the teacher go up with them and made time table according to them what they needed we 4 o[censored]s said its ok no prob we will manage. 1 month ago they wanted they wanted that timmigs should be in morning for no reason so time table changed to 3 day morning classes. (Surpised) now next month ownwards they wanted that 1 week holiday for half yearly exam prepration should be from 16sept, 19 because their exams are from 16th.
I just told my teacher there only during disscussion that sir my exams are starting from 9th sept and ending on 16th. What will i do with these holidays. Sir ignored me and said ok i will convey to reception satff that children want prepratory holidays from 16th. (It feels like we do not exist there all decisions are taken according to that particular 2 students)
I just want say that i dont want vmc to move according to me but i just want that if they dont want to give holidays from 9 th sept please start from between 16 and 9 i. E from 12 or 13 sept for 1 week.

I will be highly grateful if you solve my prob as soon as possibe.

I took admission in vmc and immediately applied for cancellation but my money was not refunded and i was said that it would be returned within 1-2 months but it's been more than 2 months i have applied for cancellation but still didn't get my refund. I was hopeful that i would get it but vmc is just doing its business and doesn't want to listen and answer for my refund related questions. This was my hope to report in vmc against it and see if in some way i can get my money back out of these business departments who them as educational institution and just charge fee and if requested for cancellation never returned it. According to my right to choose i opted out to take admission in vmc and asked for the refund and i didn't took their services nor attended classes and even applied for cancellation just after the admission.

This is to inform and complain you that i who joined vidya mandir classes crash course of neet this year 2019 as i’ve heard a lot about vmc delhi so was very happy to that it opened in bareilly but today i really regretting and feeling guilty of why i joined vmc because our chemistry teacher dr shubham roy in vidya mandir classes doesn’t teach properly and not even solves our problems. He just keep busy in his phone and ignores students by saying that he is busy and he never interact with the students problems
Once we went to the bareilly vmc centre incharge mr lokesh to complain about about our chemistry teacher and hoped that some action would be taken but unfortunately he also ignored our issues and asked to self study ourselves
Then we questioned mr lokesh that we have submitted crash course fees. How can you cheat us? He replied we haven’t cheated you. It is just that you students don’t study yourselves
I am requesting you to take action over it please!!!
Bareilly vmc only focuses on money and not on students problems
If this same situation goes on then bareilly vmc is not going to run anymore

My son, a student of class ix, joined vidyamandir classes, gurgaon in april, 2018. Due to unavoidable circumstances he could not continue the course beyond 15th july. I personally went to the center and apprised them about the discontinuation. I also requested the refund of balanced amount payable to me as per rule at the earliest. I completed formalities of submitting the form for refund and i was assured that the refund will be processed for payment at the earliest.
However, even after more than two months i have not received any intimation as to when the amount will be refunded. I have send several mails to which i have not received any response.
I could never imagine how an institute of such repute behave so unprofessionally. Please help.

The number of classes for 12th pass students are too much in vmc patna. It was told that there will be only 4 to 5 classes a week. But classes are being conducted daily. I think self study is more important for 12th pass student.in other batch only 3 classes are run in a week. Please do something. This is partial. We should get necessary holidays. We have already studied in class 11 and 12 so teachers should not teach each and everything, they should teach only necessary things not all. I really need gap atleast 2 to 3 days in a week.
