Vidyamandir Classes — Fees refund

Took admission for my son for vmc online (11, 12TH). I paid fees for one yr. and within two days i wrote email to cancel admission due to some reason- family relocation.
my son had not attended any classes.
vmc is refusing for fees refund.
Refund policy was not properly explained to us and apart from Refund policy vmc has some ethics. zero refund is not acceptable.
vmc persons not listening to us. before taking admission so many calls and now for refund no one talks properly.
vmc staff behaviour is also not good.
pl help me to get refund.
