Subject:Request For Refund Of The Fee Paid In Advance
Dear Sir/Ma'am,
Greetings of the day!!

With due respect I am writing this to you in connection with my issue relating to refund of fees. I want to bring to your kind attention that I got my children admitted to your prestigious institution on February 2, 2025. On that day itself, I had explained to your team (Mr Amit and Ms Shweta) the health issues existing in my family and how I was getting them admitted solely on your institution's name and assurance. Just within few days i.e., on February 12 I intimated my decision to withdraw their name from your esteemed coaching institution because of the deteriorating health condition of my mother. My children are young and keeping in mind everything if I had sent them to study it would have worsened my mother's health condition.
Thereafter, I also informed this decision of mine via email on February 18. I had communicated my decision well on time so as not to destroy any of your seat. I hope another student would have grabbed the opportunity to study at your esteemed institution on my children's place. Not just this, I have been constantly in touch with your team and have had conversations with them via phone. I have also sent the relevant documents and medical certificates in connection with this issue and will send them again if needed.

Despite my repeated request and unavoidable circumstances, I am not getting a satisfactory reply from your end. I understand the rules and Regulations but keeping in mind the situation that has arisen in my case and on humanitarian grounds kindly consider my case. I am afraid that if this continues I will have to take legal recourse.

Your institution holds such a reputed position in India I hope you will consider my request and won't disappoint me. Kindly refund me the amount which I have paid.
