Vidyamandir Classes — Unprofessional staff and facilities

I got enrolled my kid for off line classes during 2020-22 session but due to covid the classes were converted to online. During the tenure they insisted us to come at the Safdarjung center Delhi personally to collects study material on quarterly basis. We have requested to send it through courier on our registered mail address but got a reply that it cost us and not authorized to send it through courier.
Met the staff at the center but always got an unprofessional reply.
They have saved lot of money in the name of covid through online classes but spent nothing to facilitate the students.
Beware before paying such huge money to such unprofessional institutions.
