Jegatheesan in common property SF no. 1518/C1 patta no. 668 at Velliyanai village, Karur district by the Assistant Engineer, TNEB, Velliyanai. Karur District Ref: 1. Our Objection letter of 19/5/2014 2. Our Second objection letter of 20/7/2015 3. Our advocate objection letter of 24/7/2015 4. Our fourth objection letter of 17/8/2015 With reference to the above we already met the Assistant Engineer and concerned higher authority officers and given the objection letter to stop the new EB connection. In Karur district, Velliyanai village south SF. No. 1518/C1 patta no. 668 is a undivided common property. Now this property is under court case no. OS no. 147/2012 is pending at PSJ court, Karur District. Now the Assistant Engineer, Velliyanai section karur district has effected a new EB connection today 27/8/2015 which is not legal because of our objection. We feel suspicious about AE/(Velliyanai section) who has given the illegal EB connection inspite of our persistent objection.
