મેં ઉષા ફૂડ પ્રોસેસર 11 નવેમ્બર 2021 ની ખરીદી કરેલ છે આ યુનિટ મેં નડિયાદ વિજય સેલ્સ માંથી ખરીદી કરેલ છે અમો ત્યાંથી યુનિટ ખરીદી સમયે યુનિટ ચેક કરી આપેલ નથી અને જણાવે હતું કે અમે તમારા ત્યાં ધોળકા સર્વિસ માટે આવીશું પરંતુ હજી આવેલ નથી. અને એક મહિનો થવા આવેલ છે અને અમો એક મહિના બાદ ત્યાંથી લાવેલ યુનિટ ચાલુ કરવા માટે બહાર કાઢેલ હતું પરંતુ ફૂડ પ્રોસેસરનું મેઈન યુનિટ માં પાવર બતાવતો નથી.આ અંગે આપ શ્રી યોગ્ય નિર્ણય કરશો.

Hello this Leela chetri from Pune on[protected] ihave buyed a Vivo v21 5g phone from ur Hinjewadi store and I have lost my invoice bill but I have a photocopy of my bill but it's not clear I kindly request u to grant me a duplicate or photo copy of my mobile PHONE invoice BILL that would be very helpful. And my invoice bill number is PHW-B-S1-1582 (NOT SUR) BUT I HAVE ATTACHED A PHOTOCOPY OF BILL KINDLY CHECK IT AND MAIL ME A DUPLICATE BILL...

Inspite of giving an alternate number and calling total of 7 times … feel really sorry to say that this company is providing a real third class service, with no proper assistance . I am repeatedly asking to come and check with my Elica stove from last 1 week but there’s no revert . Its hardly been a year i have purchased the product and facing issues 😓
One fine day the company message’s back sorry we cant reach you hence closing the case … like what the hell ?!

I have washing machine with extended warranty plan, The machine is not working properly, Internal drum bracket damage and Vijay sales team is saying that it is not covered under warranty.
Kindly advise

This was one of the brands that I always looked forward to but they have become cheaters and the worst of the brands.

They took charges from me for installation and then refused to do it . After multiple follow ups they sent the person and did wrong installation. I have been telling them to take the product but they have not been budging to do that. They are one of the biggest cheat that one can go to !

Can you please help.

We have purchased goods worth 3lacs from Vijay Sales Prabhadevi. But sorry to say service is pathetic.

Since last 3days Faber chimney has been delivered Order nO. PD-B-SO10539. But tiil date nobody has come to install it.

Same with TV, it has been installed, but somebody was suppose to give demonstration, no sign.

Vijay sales needs to improve their service.

Bought a Eureka Forbes Aquaguard from Vijay Sales a year ago along with 2 yrs Extra warranty Period By paying Extra amount to their tie up OnSiteGo Company ..Currently Tried calling up Customer Care from Last 5-7 Days as water supply is quite slow..But they are not entertaining us for the same...Kindly Take action for the same

Yesterday Sony technician came for installation of TV at morning we found the back panel was crack and came of from its place.
By giving fault tv to consumers is not good so kindly arrange to replace the TV.

Otherwise we will not pay any further payment to bajaj finance.

I had ordered boat rockerz 510 headphones on 4th November, 2021 on vijaysales.com and paid the price which was there on their website that time. Their executive had said that I will get an update on November 9 that when I will be able to receive my product. On, November 9, 2021, I got call from their executive that now, the product is not available, so we will request the online team to avail it and call you to confirm it. But still, I didn't get any calls from their side.If they are not able to deliver the product, then, why the hell would they put them on their website for online purchase, extremely disappointed with their customer care service and I will never recommend buying anything from vijay sales to my closed ones whether online or offline, their customer service sucks.
If I don't get my product or refund of the payment I made within 3 days(i.e. till 13 November, 2021) I am gonna complain to the legal authorities about this issue.

I have purchased 5-6 ACs from Vijay Sales, out of which one unit is defective. It was not giving cooling from day 2.
Brought to the attention of the shop representative. Initially, the service engineer demanded around 2500 for filling gas again. But managed to get it done without any cost.
But after 1-2 months, again, it is not giving cooling at all.
Not sure where to log a service call.
Checked with one of the sales representative, through whom, we purchased the ACs. But he said he cannot replace the defective piece, even if it is claimed that it has 5 years warranty on the product and 10 years on compressor. Instead, he offered a buy back for 2600 (I can pay the rest of the amount and get a new piece). Not sure, this is the meaning of warranty here.

I bought MI LED TV from Mira Road branch on 2/4/2021 along with the price of the TV I also bought a service warranty for 2 years from vijay sales but after 6 months display of tv is not working. Same day 6/10/2021 I went to vijay Sales same branch and complained twice. Today, 25 days have passed since this incident but my complaint has not been resolved yet. It is a very bad experience.

Need to change Washing Machine Body cover.

I was purchase a new tv in vijay sales near croma hadapsar pune for home brand am stard but service very panthatic. I alredy raise complaint but there not showing anything on vijay sales portal.

Ordered in kfc app money debited but order not placed kindly refund my money

I had bought a haier led tv on 10 august 2021 and the remote was not working i had called up the vijay sales customer care number and informed them about it they had said in next 48 hours your problem will be resolved and we will give you a new remote but till date today is 31 august 2021nobody has come i had called couple of time but the same dialogue is been repeated i would suggest those who ever are reading my review please never purchase any stuffs from vijay sales as their executive even misquide us as for them the best quality is where vijay sales get more profit so please be aware of them

Not getting range. So i want to return

After purchasing no service person come to demo, and service person very rude.
No manners.

I had visited the Baner store (Pune) to purchase a laptop and I had faced an issue while processing the bill. I had contacted the floor manager (Nilesh More) to help me find a solution and overcome the issue seamlessly but it turned out that he didn't have a solution instead he suggested me to walk away out of the store without the laptop. I was really disappointed by the floor manager's behaviour as this was not acceptable at all!

I then made up my mind to not visit any of the "Vijay Sales" store ever again!

Later on, after the intervention of team leader (who addressed the issue and came up with a solution), I was able to take the delivery of the asset. I was wondering what help was Nilesh to me or the store if he is not able to take decision and instead disappoint customer and make sure that customer doesn't return back.

I hope this will be addressed and necessary action will be taken against the Floor Manager.
