We had lodged a complaint about our Videocon 43 inch 4K TV in FEBRUARY.
A mechanic named Sandeep Patil visited and took 650/- as visiting charges. He inspected our TV and said that there is a problem with the backlight.
Our TV is still under warranty.
The executives do not answer our calls. It's been 6 months that we have been chasing the Videocon as well as vijay Sales executives.
The part is available but they're demanding money for it even though the TV is in warranty.

If the replacement of the part is not possible...we want our TV to be replaced entirely asap
The purchase was made under the name of GUNJAN GIRISH EKBOTE.

I also sent a mail to Vijay sales customer care. The executive was supposed to call within 4-5 days...but it's been more than a month

Had raised many complaints regarding vijay sales inhouse brand tv vise.. But it has all fell on deaf ears.

I am fed up with this tv as it's not working past 45 day and need immediate replacement or let me buy a better brand by paying the difference amount

Also i would like to know why all my previously raised complaints were closed without my consent or without giving any resolution.

I understand the situation out there, but there has to be some courtesy to speak with the customer.

I did tried to call back on the said number of bina madhu vijay sales on[protected], those were never reverted back.

I have purchased the lg tv form vijay sales but during unboxing we did not find the tv remote.

Now, they deny to provide remote.

No response on mail.

I am Tarun Gaba resident of Paschim Vihar I would like to tell you that don't buy anything from Vijay sales They will give you products 200-500 cheaper then any other showrooms but they force us to buy extend warranty but that is a big scam they just charge money for extended warranty but no one follow up as well as come to repair product. I bought a air conditioner from Vijay sale of Haier it's not working from 2 months they don't bother to talk to us. In so hot when we are not availing facilities so whats the use of extended warranty.
So Vijay Sales and Onsitego is highly unrecommended

I had ordered 2 mobile from vijay sales online on date 21/06/2020 and done payment via mobikwik app, after couple of days i received only one product out of two, then i contact to the branch manager where my order was forwarded through vijay sales they told me that we have receive request for only 1 item and for another item refund will be credit to your account in 7 days, but till now i didn't receive...

Your ridiculous service has made me write this.

Today is3rd July 2020 and I still didn't have it on my hands..and all I hear from your staff is we are updating..my money is blocked with you if you cant provide it on right time do not mention that it will get delivered within 6 days...or simply right it's unavailable..you do not have a transperant service..neither a phone number which will direct us..and also your site is ridiculous.now will just let me know when I can expect this...or else I will take this complaint further and register a fraud case on u all...

To senior management

I had visited the vijay sales prabhadevi outlet yesterday. There was no social distancing followed by walk in and the staff. The billing line was mismanaged by the staff. When i complaint to the manager he had no time to look into the matter as he was busy entertaining some guests. After sometime he requested another sales person to check what the issue was (Ofcourse after he realized that i would not budge without speaking to him). The staff had no sense of courtesy or social responsibility. He said sorry and moved on.
I have been a regular customer at vijay sales for last 25 years. After yesterdays experience i will never step into the outlet. We have been so carefully all these months (In house) and yesterdays visit to the vijay sales outlet was a big mistake. The way they were operating is a sure case of having people infected. Pathetic experience.

I have been utterly disappointed by the services of vijay sales.

First off, after making an online payment for my product i received message stating the payment was not processed. Then i got in touch with the call center stating that it has been received and the delivery would be made within 2-3 days and i haven't recieved the product yet, the order was placed on 23-06-20.
I had called the customer care service of vijay sales and was told that someone is going to get in touch with me regarding the delivery of my order that was to take place yesterday but didn't, and i haven't received any response. This kind of service is utterly unacceptable.
No one is paying heed to any calls or emails whatsoever. I need a refund for my order worth rs12, 490

My refrigerator is not cooling properly and some type of voice come from compreser.

I am been following up for servicing of my air-condition, but not getilting proper response.

My warranty got expired during lockdown in monthbof april 2020, even though i am ready to pay half charges, still no on from vijay sales service team turned up.

I have been a loyal customer since 2009, but its seems the brand is no more customer oriented.

I the undersigned customer of your product sales at linking road khar west and cbd belapur from last ten years. On 16.06.2020
I visited your cbd belapur showroom and selected the 2 split ac product from hitachi. Copy attached.
On 21.06.2020 i and my wife went to the showroom to finalize the deal with card payment. After registration the name we were waiting for our turn to enter. My serial was 55 timing shown[protected] pm. However the floor manager has refused my wife entry or either only single persons can enter. I told him that we have already selected the product on 16.06.2020 and she want to see the displayed product and she also can may the payment through card for two spite ac. He was so arrogant and even said vijay sale is ready to loose customer but will not allow couple at a time. The arrogant behaviour of such floor manager is deeply heart fail sentiment towards us. We left without taking the product and decided not to purchase any product from vijay sale in future. This is for your information.

We had place an order for a product on 15th may 2020, at the time of placing the order it showed available so we went and bought the product from vijay sales instead of amazon. Thereafter the product has never been processed until now.

So we had a talk with one of the vijay sales store in baner and they suggested that this is not in stock.

Kindly do give us an explanation that if the product was not in stock why was it ever shown in stock on your website. This is clearly misusing the trust of your customers and this is absolutely unacceptable.

Request you not to mislead your customers like this specially in times on crisis, where everyone should be helping eachother out. We wouldve got the same product much earlier if we hadnt placed the order on vijay sales, if you guys hadnt made a mistake of putting up an out of stock product online.

We havent received recieved product nor refund as of today.in spite of following up over calls and mails we are still in the same situation.

I was complaint in 15 days ago asap open the lockdown but no response from your side..
I was call every 2 days in your head office.. But no 1 is helpful for me only said complaint le lete hai complaint le lete hai but no response..

I have purchased asus laptop model no on 14th june 2020 from vijay sales indirapuram.

They have provided me such a pathetic product seems like a refurbished product which they have taken the amount of rs 33500

The don't give a genuine product to the customer.
Defects in the asus laptop -

1) voice quality is pathetic my mobile has better quality than it

2) audio speakers have a low amplitude volume - unable to hear the voice

3) display is not upto the mark dslr picture quality looks like a cheap picture quality

4) now i doubt they have provided me the genuine windows or not.

It's the hard earn money of consumer it was better for me to go for refurbished product rather than taking asus original product at this price cost

Kindly provide me the resolution or i will raise my complaints to consumer court

Bought lenovo laptop on 13/6/2020 from vashi branch. Sales guy informed you will be 8 gb but got 4gb ram instead. Called the store to confirm but they denied.

My window ac service is due

I had ordered my product on 2 may 2019.. through online which Vijay sales was unable to deliver cause of the covid pandemic..

So I cancelled the order...and asked them for refund.

My order no 93700..

It's been almost 3 weeks now I am following up for the refund..

Each time the customer care executive says we have noted your issues..You will get the refund..

But no confirmation message/email and no refund.

What's wrong with Vijay Sales...I have to follow up with them for my own Money..
