I order one mobile samsung galaxy a20s a207fd (4gb 64gb, blue) from vijay sales website. My order id no.: vs[protected] in your app store, i didn't get any details about my orders delivery time or date.

Fan is damage of cooler

Water leakage. Refridgerator bought on 06.10.2019.

I have ordered 2 mobiles and 1 headphone from vijaysales website on 16 th may 2020 but even after 8 days i m not getting at order status changes or not even delivery.
Visited nearest branch 2 times now telling items are not available.

Even after full payment in one shot (35500) i am not at all satisfied with their service.
Still waiting for my items to be delivered.

I had purchased electrolux split ac 1.5 ton on 21st april., 2017 from vijay sales, ahmedabad and the installation was completed on 23rd april, 2017. The technicians completed the installation but were unable to start/demo the ac as the ac compressor stopped working frequently and after their efforts of 2 to 3 hours they ended up saying that you don't have enough power supply/voltage at your residence/home that is required to start the compressor.

Since all this time we had several complaints (About 9 to 10 complaints) at the electrolux consumer care for the compressor not working. Several technicians from electrolux visited and checked the issue but haven't able to find any solution to fix this issue.. Few of them suggested to purchase a voltage stabilizer to boost the voltage which i had purchased for rs. 2600 but even after installing this voltage stabilizer the ac compressor was not working, so all in vain.

50% of our society flats owns ac and its working very fine to them and no one is having such insufficient voltage/power problem at their home as mentioned by electrolux technicians who are just giving false excuses to avoid repair in the defective ac compressor.

So, all these really shows that all those electrolux technicians who visited are lying as the main problem is just with the ac compressor.

I'm again planning to launch a complaint at national consumer forum as i had already launched a complaint at national consumer with complaint no. 278567 and now i'm going to the consumer dispute forum for total product replacement or refund and repay for all these troubles and additional expenses we need to face so far.

In lockdown my cell phone is damaged so i have purchased mobile through vijay sales vide order no. Vs[protected] dated[protected]Full amount paid). Vijay sales was taking order.

Till today i. E. 20-05-20 in tracking option it is showing order processing they are not showing when it will be delivered. If they are not in position to deliveried due to lockdown, they should have not taken order. During this situation i am in financial crises and i want cell phone on urgent basis. Now various other e-commerce platform are offering home delivery of cell phone within 4-5 days.

Even i have tried to contact on phone no. Available but no response nor any reply from e-mail.

Even their is no option for cancellation of order and refund of money.

My money is gone, i dont know when i will get my product nor i can cancel the order and get my money refund.

I chandrashekhar shetty had purchased a tv, branded as vise, it is a 43 inch led tv which recently got some troubling issues on it. It is also under warranty but when we tried to inform the vise customer care they didn't responded to us.

I purchased 55SM81 (Nanocell TV-55 inches) from Vijay Sales (B-1 Janakpuri Branch, New Delhi) on 25th August 2019, it was installed on 8th September, 2019. Today (9th May, 2020) the TV stopped working completely. Please arrange to get it rectified at the earliest.

I had purchase laptop of HP from Vijay sales in December 2019. They told me after 90 days cashback received. Till date I don't received my cash back.

We purchased vise tv from vijay sales thane ghodbunder Road outlet. Our product is within warrantee period. We purchased it on 6 June 2017. The issue is when we switched on TV after long or after sometime the video is not appear. The video suddenly disappeared when TV is on. We have within guarantee period. Please do the needful.

We were watching TV and suddenly message appears that your Android system has stopped.Then we switch off the TV and again started it but after it it gets power but does not starts.Now when we plug in then automatically TV gets power on & off continuously... When I switch on it just shows only one screen i.e. AMSTRAD INSPIRED BY PASSION and after 1-2minutes tv automatically shut down plz resolve my problem on urgent basis.

Guys do not purchase any electronics from vijay sales. They are interested only in their sales target and not concern about customer service. I am tired of vijay sales. They got their money so now customer will have to face the brunt. So do not buy any items from vijay sales. They are very good in cheating the clients and making money.

Although u have 12 % customer satisfaction n 1049 complaint as of now n mines is 1050.
U guys make good money but will never be satisfied with what you have as u completely cheat those customers who trust your sales personnel when it comes to buying a new electronic item.
Well u will spend all the money earned in hospital in icu n medicines.👍👍

I am a regular buyer and over the years i have purchased a lot of electronic goods worth more then 5 to 6 lakhs and the costliest was the microsoft surface pro and for which we were not given not informed by your dealer which he has to in 45 days about the extended warranty now my product is on warranty still but it's a part of negligence from your sales manager and it is not acceptable at all hence i request you to pls do...

Around 6 months back we had bought black coloured godrej eon microwave oven from vijay sales chinchwad, after that we couldn't use that oven even once. Since it's defective and not functioning at all. Neither the executive or employee from vijay sales even after contacting came to give us demo and now one month when personally we went at vijay sales they told us to contact godrej.. The person named mr saurabh from godrej came at our house and told us that the part is damaged and needs to be replaced.. He has taken even video for the damaged part and registered a complaint for it's replacement.. Still it's not replaced nor anybody from godrej or vijay sales is helping us on this.. But Till Now No Solution Has Been Made By Company as well as haier Team. And Finally I Got Mentally Haressment From seller Vijay Sales Team Member As Well As Haier Company Staff. I Term Of Services. No Single Guy Is Intrested to Handdle A Customer Issue From 13th Dec I Had Complain Lots Of Time But No Use Of Complains. In My Fredge Vegetable Get Destory /damage With in A single Day As I Store in it So Plz Make Need full Request And Change/Replace My Product As Soon As Possible as i request to vijay sales as well as haier company staff member. but they are not intrested for providing service to me. so finally I Need to go forcefully to Consumer Forum court With All My All Record Of Complain As they Are Disable To Get Service Under Warantee Product. And The Same Company Had Mentally Harsement to Me From Last 3Month And they had Waste my plentely Of Time. I regularly buying several equipment from vijay sales. We just moved from mumbai to surat & purchased aquaguard enhance ro+uv+tds regulator. We call service man to check the machine (Service provided by excellent service - vesu surat). He force to change the attached piped and when i demanded the invoice he told me we are not giving any invoice. However, linkage keep going overnight & calling the same... He informed to change to inner part. We called the vijay sales and they discuss the matter and concerend person from the piplo show room told them to finish the matter. I am building my house and i am now started thinking is it worth to buy other products like ac and kitchen equipment from vijay sales
